Really appreciated having my car super well cleaned inside and out for $22. It was a Tuesday early afternoon and 5 men worked on my car to deliver it " like new " in minutes. It's a quick place to stop if you don't feel like cleaning & vacuuming your car, but if you actually want it really clean, this is not the place. There will still be dirt in the carpets, water streaks on the car, spots they just missed entirely. I've only ever gotten the cheap washes ($25 range) so I'm not sure if their detailing is any better. Every time I get my car washed here I come home and vacuum / wipe down additional parts of the car that were missed. But hey, at least it's cleaner than it was before I got there, right? read more

I've had my cars washed here in the past and never had any incidents. I happen to have a brand new 2025 Lexus 550 vehicle that has ceramic coating which would mean no need for wax, but I expect to pay for that in car wash packages. I felt like the car was quite dusty, especially on the hood so I requested that my car be run through the car wash twice. I really only wanted this because a lot of times one wash through can leave dirt behind that then just scratches the hood of a black car when they're drying it off. I had originally wanted the silver package and a manager named Rodolfo was trying to tell me how awesome a deal it was for me just to pay for the silver wash twice. He claimed it was such a great deal! I elected to downgrade to the bronze wash and pay for that twice and add in tire dressing. Yes, I saved myself a few bucks, but I was not appreciative of having rodolfo trying to convince me that I was getting such a great deal on the silver wash twice when I was paying for multiple things twice like vacuuming my car, etc. I still paid for multiple services twice since I double paid for bronze and added the tire dressing. $45 all in for just having my car washed. Won't be doing this again. The cashier told me my might have had a better experience if Justin was here, but he was out today. While I was waiting I saw that they have a hand wash service which would have been a better option, but that was never offered to me when I was in line. read more

I used to go to their sister company in San Marcos but it went out of business in 2020. Luckily Encinitas car wash takes the car wash certificates that I bought from the San Marcos location. Went for the first time last week and they are following covid protocols with wearing a mask and limiting the number of people inside, etc. Luckily it was not crowded at 9 am on a Saturday and only 3 or 4 cars total. They could not figure out my hybrid and thought I still had the keys when the keys were in the car and the car was running, but they kept shutting it off instead of putting it in drive to move it. Other than that little snafu if went well, and fast. The car was cleaned for the first time in a long time and looks good. This location is right on El Camino real and has a large driveway and drive up to the drop off area. read more

Gold wash was no different than driving my car through a gas station wash. I had dirt from gloves on the dash, surprised the wind didn't blow it off. After getting the gold package, it was still there until I took a towel from them myself and wiped the dash. ALSO, now I have white dog hair in my car, I don't have a white dog.... maybe they should wash their towels... Pros: Close to home...and that's about it... Cons: Gold wash was far from it. It's about what I expected. Not great, not terrible. I got the gold wash and it was 27 dollars. Still quite a bit of dust in my car and I had to direct the detailers to clean really obvious stuff. At the end of the day they're just going through the motions. The speed of service was great but maybe that's because they did have much detail. Don't forget to bring your coupon! They always have coupons on their website but they must be printed in order for the coupon to be honored. They have a variety of coupons but I assume the most commonly used one is for $4 off a gold, silver or platinum car wash. Today I had a gold wash (Under $18 with discount) and the interior was not cleaned thoroughly. I can still see dust on my dashboard and the wheel wasn't even touched. NEVER. AGAIN. They line up cars left to right. If you come in far right (as they direct you), you'll be waiting up to 20 minutes EXTRA for them to take the 2-3 cars that arrive AFTER you to the left.
