Two combo (bacon and sausage) breakfast burritos
Kendall D.

Went on a rainy Saturday around noon and there was no wait! Highly recommend the combo burrito and the green salsa (less spicy than the red salsa), but it's fun to try both! So so warm and well-seasoned. The perfect way to fuel the rest of your farmer's market shopping!

The wife and I don't come to the PSU Market too often, but when we do, we always go to the enchanted Sun breakfast burrito spot. They always have great burritos and the taste is just booming in your mouth. It's a great pick up for the morning that you can take on the go. They did raise the prices just a few dollars which isn't too bad so you get a decent size for that and I haven't really tried anything else outside of the burrito but maybe I should venture out there because I'm sure anything you order off. The venue was great and the service is kind to and patient.

Worth the wait in line! Things you should know: I. LOCATION At the Portland Farmer's Market every Saturday. II. SERVICE Efficient. The line moves fast. III. QUALITY So delicious, in every variation, especially in the cold winter..!

Delicious breakfast perfect for a snack at the farmer's market. Enchanted Sun is located at the end of PSU's farmer's market on Saturdays from around 9 am to 2 pm. We went around 11 am and the line was about 30 min. Once the order is in, though, we got our food relatively quickly. Cash preferred as they have an extra Venmo charge. No seating (it's a farmers market). It there are plenty of benches nearby. The burritos were delicious, the eggs were soft scrambled, and the potatoes were well seasoned. They're not very large (or maybe I'm used to California-sized burritos haha), but a good price for $7-9.

This place has the longest line at the famers' market and it all makes sense after I took a bite of the bacon & sausage breakfast burrito. There's always 10+ people lined up here but the line moves very quickly. For only 3 people working at this food stand, I am super impressed by their efficiency. The staff are very friendly and the service is fast. Bacon & sausage breakfast burrito (highly recommend!) It's A MUST to add bacon and sausage in the breakfast burrito or else it's only going to be scrambled eggs and potatoes which could be a bit blend. The bacon adds an extra crunch and smokey flavor to the burrito, and the sausage makes the burrito more flavorful. The scrambled eggs and potatoes are well seasoned. I love it when I eat the crispy burnt ends of the potatoes. The portion might look small but it's very filling. Also be sure to ask for both the red and green salsa. I personally like the green salsa more but the red salsa is good as well and gives an extra kick to the burrito. Note that they take cash or venmo only

The first thing is don't the line discourage you they are pretty quick. As for the burritos probable the best one I have ever had!!! Both the green and red salsas were good, but I preferred the red one as it was a little spicier. It was totally worth the parking ticket I got. 10/10 for me.

Geeze... Why is this little stand so good?!? Simple ingredients, but it's like I'm addicted. So fresh, you watch them flipping pans at the PSU Farmers Market that happens once a week. I always have to wait a whole week to get my fix!! There is always a 20 person line, but not to worry, they operate so well that it goes by quick. Also there is an option to pay on Venmo if you don't have cash. You have to get there early otherwise they will sell out. This time they sold out of bacon, had them do double sausage. Still so amazing!! Egg is so nice and fluffy, the potatoes are nice and creamy. Sausage had lots of flavor. I'm getting hungry writing this review lol. Also you need to try their salsa with your burrito. It makes all the difference!

Delicious, hearty, filling & there's a long line for a reason! Service moves quickly! It's a must eat at the farmers market while you enjoy the morning surroundings, trees, grass area, vendors, music, people watching & more

Super average flavor, slow preparation. Lines are generally shorter than the other places, and there's a reason for that. Ok in a pinch.

We ordered a burrito and the taco de birria. This was the largest burrito I've ever seen, and not a meal for one! It definitely uses a custom made tortilla and you can't pick this thing up without making a mess, so I opted for fork and knife for my half, and my partner picked it up and didn't put it down until it was done. It's packed full of rice, meat, refried beans, cheese and sour cream. The portions were so generous, and it was quite tasty. In my option the meat could have been more heavily seasoned to stand up against all the other milder/calming flavours. The taco de birria was also enormous, was more like a quesadilla and it was cut into quarters, and topped with onions, cilantro and sour cream. The meat was flavourful and tasted so good dipped into the consommé. Will definitely be back again the next time I'm in town. Definitely give this a try if you haven't already. Generous portions and great service, and don't forget to bring lots of napkins!

I saw a tri tip sandwich delivered to the table next to mine and it looked amazing! It was more than an inch thick with sliced tri tip and was served with really great looking fries (I think a variety of side options are offered.) Took my grandchild and they ordered the pancakes from the kids menu. These came with an orange slice and about a half dozen blueberries but the kid loves fruit so also ordered a side of fruit. I got a side of a biscuit and gravy and a side of breakfast potatoes. Everything was enjoyed and my food was even better with the salsas they offered. My coffee cup was kept full and everyone was friendly. Will go again for lunch or dinner sometime (soon!)

This is elevated mexican food so you won't find any burritos here and many dishes are seafood, three dishes (empanditas and quesadilla, hongos/mushroom main) provide vegetarian options. This new project replicates the magic but keeps the approachability that we loved so much about La Fondita, this time in an evening format. Expect a family style dinner with Mexican staples like cochinita and carne asada, elevated with exquisite salsas and handmade tortillas that have real nixtamalized heirloom corn. If you don't know what wine to order, ask--and you might get a chance to taste before you commit to the full glass. Or order a half glass and create your own wine pairing menu. You might think that a chef with a heritage like Lauro Romero might break the bank, but you would be wrong. We paid about $120 for multiple courses + desert for two. While I don't have a problem paying top dollar for good food, and Clandestino could easily be that kind of restaurant, I appreciate the philosophy of keeping elevated food relatively affordable. How else are Portlanders going to learn what the real thing tastes like? Of course, there are some small things they are still working out as a new restaurant. I would have liked to see some Mexican wines on the list, and it's unfortunate they only open Monday-Wednesday. But all in good time. Meanwhile, we will be taking advantage of the fact that it's still relatively easy to get a table and sharing this place with people we know will appreciate it for what it is.

As soon as we finished paying, while we were standing and waiting for people to finish with the bathroom, a server came up and said, "not to be rude, but you have to leave." I get it, it is a small restaurant. We were a large group. But, I had to ask to order. I had to ask for our check when we were clearly all finished eating and just chatting. The checks were wrong, despite us telling the server at the start who was on each check. It took at least 10 minutes to get the checks all right. We left a 20% cash tip on the table, even though we were never asked if we wanted more drinks (some of us ordered cocktails), dessert, or really checked up on. Food and cocktails were good. Chips and salsa is $5 and while good, the portions were small if you expect to share with a table of four. Parking was easy.
