When I got to the front the cashier offered 10% off if you were willing to sign up for text alerts and in this economy I'm did just that. It's often hard to find someone to assist you and even upfront at the checkout they ignore you because they expect you to do self-checkout. I had two large pillows and the bags at self-checkout are small and not one of the three staff members up front paid any attention to the customers checking out because they were way too busy, talking amongst themselves,. I had to go over to them and politely interrupt the chit chat to ask if I could get a larger bag to put my pillows in. While this isn't the end of the world the fact that there's three of them just standing there talking away in their little group and not paying any attention to the customers kind of really sucks lol.

From the moment my call was answered, the associate had an unfriendly tone before I even spoke. When I asked if someone could check on an item, I was placed on hold and told it would be "one minute." That "one minute" turned into over 30 minutes on hold. I likely would have been waiting even longer had I not hung up and called back. A 30+ minute hold time for a simple inventory check is unacceptable. Even if the associate was busy, a quick update or transferring the call to another team member would have been the professional approach. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a lack of basic customer service standards, and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
