I came for a retreat and stayed one night, two days. Okay, first off, I just have to say... The food was amazing! Props to the chef, there was food for normal diets and special made dishes for vegans and other restrictive food diets! Everything was delish! I couldn't wait for meals! One of my favorite dishes had to be this pumpkin seed pesto! I'm just drooling at the thought of it. Meals were buffet style in a shared space, so other people who are staying will be sharing meals with you in the same space. The grounds itself are lovely. It's in a nice wooded space with little cabins everywhere, a pool and hot tub area, and many difference conference "cabins". Lots of outdoor work areas where you can hang out and do work. You can even schedule a massage in this cute little round cabin. There are some hiking trails around (although we didn't end up having any time for them). The property is on an incline, so if you have trouble with stairs or upward walking, it'll be something to consider. There are longer ramped inclines if stairs are a problem for you. The cabins themselves are nothing fancy. Quaint and cozy, we had a fireplace in ours which was so luxurious to have! There were three beds in our little cabin and a tiny little kitchen area as well. The bathroom was rather basic, felt like a childhood sleep away camp bathroom. There is a lot of parking throughout, and areas for you to drive up to the top (for people who have cabins at the top so you don't have to lug your luggage all the way up the stairs). It was overall a lovely quaint stay at Westerberke!

This is hands down one of my all time favorite hotel stays. Stayed here in August 2024. The Seven Branches Venue and Inn is such an incredible place. The inn has 6 rooms total so it made the stay very relaxing and intimate. We checked in on a Thursday and thankfully our room was available and got checked in early. We got suite 6 and this room exceed my expectations. The interior design was so cute and nice. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was my favorite place to lounge in. The baked goods delivered to your room was the cherry on top for me. The beautiful grounds of this venue is also gorgeous so it made the stay in Sonoma extra special for us. We can't reccomend this place enough. A 10 out of 10. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you Seven Branches for the incredible hospitality, you guys are amazing!

My grandkids were visiting me and I wanted to find a fun place to visit- so glad we did! I purchased day passes in advance ($22) that included parking & a full day at their pools. The staff person at the gate was welcoming and informative. Happy we came midweek as I can only imagine how crowded it could get. I appreciated the shower first rule and pleased the shower water wasn't cold. We easily found a row of lounge chairs with umbrellas where we dropped our towels. The pools were divine with a perfect warm temperature. The lifeguard, Moshe, was quite friendly and checked in with my grandkids on their water safety knowledge- thank you. When we were ready to eat we crossed the road to the expansive lawn area that included plenty of picnic tables After swimming and playing in the pool some more we packed up and checked out the creek area. It is quite pretty and well shaded. The water was much cooler and I do not think it was ADA accessible. Overall we had a successfully fantastic day here!

The place is an amazing experience and very well run. Most of the staff are in their 20s, but mature beyond their years. Their abilities to joyfully organize the children, productively challenge them to try new things, and introduce them to nature were incredible. Many parents learned things from these "Naturalists". The site is a gem. Large open spaces, water sources, and trails for excursions and events. Cabins were clean and better than what I expected. The food was good. Marinites shouldn't expect a 5 star restaurant, but rather food that was quite good and nutritious for a school district budget. Children (and parents) participated in composting routines and were taught why this is important. The kids also had clean up duties to clear their plates, wipe down their tables, and sweep up any fallen food under the tables (bigger job on taco night!). The activities were well thought out. Kids did hikes, campfire fun sing-alongs, wilderness animal observation, and even a "barn boogie" one night. Great mix to engage all the children. Each child is a focus so all types can thrive. Really hard to achieve, but again, the staff makes it all come together. Bottom line, this is a special place. Your children are privileged to attend. I look forward to taking my 1st grade son when he reaches 5th grade. There is a bit of magic flowing at Walker Creek. - Cabin Leader "Eagle Eye Bow Tie"
