We were looking for a performer for our (Frozen) Elsa-themed party. After contacting a few local vendors, we decided to go with Enchanted Characters. They were very responsive in text messages and emails. Kacy was our performer and she contacted me the day before the party. We worked out all the details and I gotta say: she's the best! I've been to a couple of parties where there are various performers and Kacy so far has been the most impressive one. She's super thorough, asked the right questions and arrived on time. She has a beautiful voice and was gentle with the kids. She was good at reading the flow and was able to meet all the criterias we discussed (singing, story telling, group games, face painting and balloon twisting) within the alloted 2-hour timeframe. She did a wonderful job at everything (that's a 10 point for perfection!). The kids were so happy and each of them came home with a beautiful balloon and some great memories I'm sure. Having never hired a character before, I wasn't sure what to expect when I requested Elsa for my daughter's 5th birthday... but I just wanted her to have fun and good memories. Needless to say, I was BLOWN AWAY by Queen Elsa's (Rachel's) level of commitment. She was in character from the very first text and phone call I received to let me know she was on her way. Two days ago we celebrated my twins 3rd birthday and we booked princess Aurora for the last hour of entertainment. I would say it was a total success, even though the party was a mix of boys and girls from ages 3-5 it pretty worked for everyone, including adults. AVERY came very punctual to the party and honestly she does look like a real princess, from the moment she entered my home she took the character so serious to the point that adults were amazed by her performance. I have to point out that her voice is amazing, she really sings like an angel, I couldn't believe it was her actual voice at first and I had to get close to prove it my babies loved her and keep talking about her.
