I originally spoke with charlotte back in May and decided to book with them for 2 princesses for my daughters 5th b day. She was so kind and I felt so good about them. She told me someone would contact me by Thursday of this week to go over details of the party. I paid the deposit of $300ish. Thursday comes around and nothing. I call the same number as before (949-558-2873 and 3106517226) and no one picks up and not only is the voicemail different now but the voicemail is full on both phone lines so I can't even leave a message! Charlotte finally emails me back Thursday with a very generic confirmation of time and place. I emailed her back a total of 4 times requesting a call so we can go over details and structure of the party like she had promised me back in May. Nothing. Day of the event- THEY NOT ONLY NO SHOW BUT THEY DONT EVEN CALL!!!! I was scrambling to figure out what to do with 15 kids and ended up having to improvise for 2.5 hours. How DARE they do this to kids??? I called their after hours line and of course it goes to the same BS number with the full mailbox so I can't even leave a message. I'm hoping someone will read this and learn from my mistake. I have NO idea how they have this many positive reviews. It's beyond me. They must pay for their reviews. I can't even get a hold of anyone to get a refund so I'm going to have to dispute the claims with my bank unfortunately. It's not even the money at this point, it's how evil they and careless they are and how excited my daughter was for the princesses. She kept looking out the window waiting for them to show. I hope they get their karma. Please please please stay away and maybe go with a reputable company you've heard of. I wish I had. I have attached a copy of my paid deposit and their confirmation so they can't respond and say they never booked with me like they did a different customer that I read about in one of the help reviews. I hope this helps someone.

We booked Blippi, which was not easy to find, and the actor was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Joaquin!!! He called me the night before to get more information on Cali Rose, the b-day girl, and what was planned so he would deliver the best for us, as well as my request of letting me know when he was arriving to get video and pictures. Cali has albinism which makes it difficult for her to see and navigate in the sun and bright light, so Joaquin made sure to have her not facing the sun during the games or interacting. All of the kids loved having Joaquin there (even those that didn't know who Blippi was) and made my job of wondering how to entertain 12 kids for 3 hours much easier! We originally planned on 1.5 hours but, couldn't stop the fun so ended up extended it another 1.5 hours. Joaquin never stopped being Blippi for a minute and entertaining the kids. He made sure to focus on Cali Rose but also included all of her friends and family. With Cali Rose and her family being bilingual (English and Spanish) it was an amazing surprise to learn he knew some of the traditional birthday songs for the Piñata and Happy Birthday! Cali Rose, her family and friends kids have not stopped talking about and dancing to the songs at the party since! Spencer arrived right on time and had everything set up in just 2-3 minutes. We booked 1.5 hours of balloon twisting ($265), and it was a huge hit with everyone - from toddlers to adults! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). It was such a fun addition to the celebration, and I would absolutely hire Taylor Entertainment again for a future event.

I had previously worked with Creative Kids Parties for a Christmas party, so I decided to call them again. I was lucky enough to speak directly with the owner, Lisa. At first, she told me they didn't have those characters available, so I went ahead and booked Donald Duck and thought Minnie would be a great addition. But just a few hours later, Lisa called me back with the most incredible news -- her team was willing to create custom costumes for Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy just for my daughter's party! I was beyond excited -- truly over the moon. Lisa handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. She went above and beyond -- even attending the party herself to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated. The characters -- Donald Duck and his assistants, along with Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy -- did an absolutely UNBELIEVABLE job. The kids were completely engaged, happy, and entertained the entire time. It truly felt magical. Lisa supported me so much throughout the process -- I honestly couldn't have done it without her. I found this company on Yelp, so it's fitting for me to leave a review here on Yelp. We celebrated my daughters 3rd Birthday this past weekend and I have to say, it was the most fun we've ever had... My Daughter LOVES the movie The Princess and the Frog and decided, that would be the theme. Unfortunately, Princess Tiana is not a mainstream Disney Princess and I was having the hardest time finding a company that had a Tiana character. I contacted Ryan to see if he possibly had Tiana and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he replied to me and also very happy that he had said they had just hired a cast member to play Tiana. Ryan was really straight forward and honest with me about how much experience this new cast member would have. He mentioned that she may not be as strong with the face painting as the other cast members, and gave me a couple options to chose from. I personally didn't care about all that.... As long as Tiana was there to sing and play with my daughter and her friends, that's all I cared about. Ryan confirmed with me 2 days prior to the event and let me know that since this was Tiana's first party ever, she would have an assistant that would help out with face painting, which I thought was extremely professional and very considerate. Tiana and Kacy came into the party with such excitement and OMG..... TIANA..... She was gorgeous.... He dress was perfect - her hair was perfect and she had such a beautiful voice. She spoke with a New Orleans accent the whole time, even the adults were in awe. She sang, told stories and played games. Kacy did some face painting while we took pictures with Princess Tiana. It was an extremely hot day and my daughter was slightly cranky for a portion of Tiana's visit, but Kacy and Tiana were good sports and were genuinely sweet with our kiddos. Enchanted Characters made my 2 year olds dream come true! She has recently become interested in TV, specifically in Moana so I thought an appearance would be the perfect treat for her birthday ~ and it really was! Moana was very professional, on top of everything, kind and gentle with the kids, imaginative and fun. We had 7 kids, 6 and under and they were all enchanted to say the least. Terrific singing voice, awesome costume and stayed in character the entire time. Story time, parachute play, pictures, singing happy birthday was all exceptional. She also had terrific answers for all the kids questions like... "where are you going now" (kids).... "back to Montanui of course, I have my responsibilities there as their leader, Mickey Mouse is picking me up" and many more. Seeing my daughters face when she saw Moana for the first time literally brought tears to my eyes and seeing the rest of the kids joy for the hour Moana entertained them was priceless. From the moment she arrived, she fully embodied the character and brought so much magic to the event. My daughter is 6 and has had the pleasure of visiting online with Merida and Elsa. We live a few states away, so we can't enjoy the in-person party experience, but video chats have been a magical way to add some love and joy to our lives. Kacy was our princess for both experiences, and she was amazing! She told stories, sang songs with my daughter (her voice is truly that of a princess - strong, clear and beautiful) and interacted with my daughter with conversation and questions. I have been following Enchanted Characters for many years. My daughter has attended many parties from friends and we loved every single one. We hired Batman to come to my son's birthday party through Ryan who was super helpful and quick to reply. He showed up and surprised all of the kids and even the parents! Batman did super hero training and included mask wearing as part of the safety tips! It was a such a fun experience for all that were there. Due to Covid-19 Batman wore a mask at all times and helped keep the few kids we had there social distanced with his activities. having Anna, Elsa & Olaf has been the BEST decision I've ever made, I will NEVER forget my daughters eyes when she first saw Elsa. elsa hugged my daughter so tight that my daughter didn't want to let go. I cried seeing my daughter so happy! Natalie and Ryan of Enchanted Characters portrayed Rapunzel and Flynn at my daughter's Tangled Ever After party. They were awesome, professional, warm and engaging. They made every kid at the party feel special. My little one really wanted a Rapunzel 'wedding' party and they went out of their way to include a wedding dance and fed each other a bite of the wedding cake (the kids are still talking about the frosting on the nose). I booked Minnie and Mickey for the first time for my 2 year old daughters birthday, and i have to say they were beyond AMAZING!!! Minnie and Mickey came with a host who exceeded my expectations! My first experience with them hasn't change and I continue thinking it was great, but recently I have tried contacting them multiple times via email to book a birthday party and never received a reply. Nothing. Not even a " we are not available that date". It was disappointing to say the least, specially after giving them a stellar review and mentioning how easy the booking process was and how responsive they were. I followed up multiple times and eventually ended up booking with a different company.

They are truly incredible and made it so much more special. From the very beginning, by being punctual, to staying in character the whole time and literally commending the entire party with so much grace and fun! Incredible and talented actresses in everything they did: singing, make up, speaking, storytelling and PATIENCE. All the kids participated and felt seen by the princesses, and we had a lot of kids. We'll definitely keep them in mind for future parties and recommend to our friends. She kept me updated on when she would be arriving and even let me know when there were 10 minutes left of her time, which I really appreciated. What truly stood out was how thoughtful and kind she was with the birthday girl. When my daughter needed a quick repaint, Cinderella handled it so gently and made her feel special the entire time. During the crown ceremony, my daughter got shy with all eyes on her, and Cinderella was so considerate of her feelings. She made the moment magical without any pressure. It was such a beautiful, memorable experience, and I couldn't recommend The Princess Workshop enough.

Their interactions with the children were so incredibly sweet, patient, and magical and they truly brought the fairytale to life. On top of being wonderful hosts, their singing was beautiful! They kept all the kids thoroughly engaged with fun activities, and the kids enjoyed them all. One of my concerns was the amount of space needed for the princesses to do all the activities, as I was having it in the kitchen/dining area, but this was not an issue at all. It was honestly a dream come true for my daughter and several of our guests said this was a core memory for their kids. We booked them for a Rumi KPOP Demon Hunter character (for 15 kids), and the entire experience was top notch from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and kept the kids engaged the entire time. The activities were so well thought out. The performer did face glitter for the kids, taught them a fun choreographed dance that they performed together, and led a great game. They ended the visit by singing Happy Birthday, which was the perfect touch. All of our guests were so impressed. I even had multiple parents mention to me that this character did a much better job and was far more engaging than other performers they have seen at parties from different companies. If you are looking for high quality, professional character entertainment that actually delivers, I can not recommend Wishes Entertainment enough!
