And honestly was very "salesly" and I only tried on one dress the entire appointment. So here goes... A Masterclass in Doing the Absolute Least... I showed up excited to wedding dress shop. I left wondering if I had accidentally interrupted someone's last shift before retirement. We called ahead to see if we could move our appointment earlier and were told, "Sorry, no availability." Totally fine--except when we walked in and the store was so empty it echoed. Eventually, a consultant appeared and asked what kind of dresses I liked. I described exactly what I was looking for and was promptly informed that they had nothing like that in the store, that they were fresh out of lace mermaid dresses. No offer to check. No alternative suggestions. Just a verbal shrug. Meanwhile, my mom--on a completely unrelated journey to the bathroom--managed to stumble upon MULTIPLE dresses in my size (bridal 4) that fot that description. Apparently the restroom route is more fruitful than asking the consultant whose job this is. The only dress I tried on? One I had already tried on a month ago--pulled by a previous stylist (shoutout to Belle, who was actually amazing and clearly carried the entire store on her back). This time, it was a size 6, and I was told it would require $1,000 in alterations to fit me. I am a bridal 4. The math is... confusing. The consultant then graciously pulled exactly one more dress for me. A size 12. She warned me it would be "swimming" on me, as if I hadn't already tried on several size 12 dresses before with zero issue. It seemed like she didn't want to clip me in a bigger dress. It was giving "I'm done for the day and I would like you to also be done." Overall vibe: I felt less like a bride shopping for her wedding dress and more like an inconvenience standing between someone and clocking out. If you're looking for attentive service, thoughtful styling, or even mild enthusiasm--keep walking. If you want to be told nothing exists while standing in a store full of dresses... congratulations, you've found the place. Would not return. Would not recommend. Would suggest the bathroom tour though--it's where the real inventory lives.

This is the WORST and most COSTLY experience I have ever had. Melissa helped my daughter with…read moretrying on dresses. My daughter found the perfect dress for her, very form fitting. Melissa measured her and stated that her measurements were 35, 25, 36. My daughter noted that she was being squeezed by the measuring tape at the bust and hips, but Melissa assured her that she had worked for Victoria's Secret for 2 years and she knew how to measure. Melissa than repeated several times that my daughter was a perfect size 4. The only difference was that the dress would be 25.5" at the waist. Not a problem. We ordered the dress. My mom paid for her dress and signed that forms after being told that there were no refunds. We understood. She was not aware that the measurements were written someone in the paperwork and was not told to verify the measurements were accurate. Fast forward to 2 months before my daughter's wedding and the dress arrives. She tried it on and it was way too small. The only way to zip the back was to pinch her skin significantly, and the straps were way too tight because the dress could not be pulled up all the way. I was hopeful that the seamstress could fix it so we went to the seamstress. The look on her face when she saw my daughter put the dress on spoke volumes. She said she would talk with the owner of Blush Bridal, Kim. We returned to Blush Bridal where we met with Kim and Alina again tried on the dress to show her. Kim took measurements but clarified that she would expect there to be some discrepancy between her measurements and Melissa. She was doing a CYA very quickly. She measured my daughter at 36, 25, 37.5 and tried to say my daughter gained weight in her bust and hips. I can't imagine someone gaining only in their bust and hips, but not even a 1/4 inch in their waste. Then she looked at the paperwork and she said that Melissa measured her at 33.5, 25, 36. So she tried to convince us that Alina gained 2.5" in her bust in about 2 months, but didn't gain anything in her waist??? Melissa wrote it down wrong. And those measurements were for a size 4, but for my daughter's bust she needed a size 8, and for her waist a size 4 was good, for her hips she needed a size 6 (if I understood her correctly). Essentially, we should have ordered a size 6 or 8. But that isn't what her employee told us. We relied on Blush Bridal to provide accurate measurements and tell us what size my daughter needed based on those measurements. Melissa made a mistake, but Kim, the owner, would NOT own up to it. Her resolution was for us to sell the $2700 dress and she could get us a discounted dress and she would pay half so it would cost us under $1000. Blush Bridal messed up and she expected us to put out MORE MONEY and to TRUST her. DO NOT TRUST BLUSH BRIDAL! If we had made the mistake, I understand we would be responsible. They made a mistake and took NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Ultimately the seamstress made alterations and my daughter lost weight from the stress, and the dress survived until dancing at her wedding when the strap actually broke from the stress (not at the seam, but in the middle). Alterations cost us $800 and the dress did not required hemming so Blush Bridals mistake also cost us more money (should have been about $500 in alterations). To say I'm angry is an understatement. If you do decide to use this company that does not care about their customers, have a professional measure first and double check everything in writing.

But the owner and team were incredibly kind and accommodating, and they provided prompt, knowledgeable service for bridal alterations. I believe they used to be involved with Disney Dream Weddings as well, so they can handle whatever you throw at them!
