Here's the good. It's pretty. But that's pretty much it. Very disappointed. Here's the list of whys. Aside for being very over priced for what you get to do and see, the food is pricier than at theme parks. The parking sells out and the site doesn't give you any information of where else you can park. I'm confide about the reviews mentioning parking cost at $10. It's actually $25 on the site when you go in and purchase your tickets. It was over $200 for 4 people. Parking was sold out. I purchased 6:30 tickets but it seem it didn't go through and I didn't even get noticed. It didn't go through cus it had sold out. So I was stuck with 8:30 not knowing and not seeing any mention that they close at 9:30!! You need at least 3 hrs to see everything calmly and enjoy what you can. Especially because it gets so packed making it even more impossible to enjoy and get to see everything. Customer service sucks. They don't respond to emails. They don't send you email or Text purchase confirmation. I entered my phone number and email a few times and it kept telling me purchase not found. I emails and still now 5 days later no responses. So the way I was able to even get a short message was a DM on Instagram. Just to tell me that tickets are non refundable. That they can't change the date. That all sales are final. But no mention on where to find my tickets or where to park or what time they close or anything. I asked again and no answer. 3 days later no answer. They only responded to let me know all sales are final. They don't care. All they care about is selling and letting us figure it out. I'd never go again. Had I known what time they closed and parking situation and all that before I wouldn't have purchased. If anything I'd try for November. But only if it's your 1st time. And earlier in the day. First time and last time attending this event. However, we were lucky. Purchased tickets online for opening time 4:30. Got there at 4 and they let us park with no traffic and wide open parking. People started rolling in at 4:15 so we got in line and were maybe 10th or so. At 4:30, the line was huge but got right in. Headed straight to the food vendors since we hadn't eaten in which my gf and I were the only ones there. Our orders were numbers 1 and 2. Insanely overpriced but I already expected that. Couldn't believe the lack of tables but had my pick and sat. Not even 30 mins in, everything was filled and people were asking if they could share our table. They are picnic style tables so no big deal. It was good walking with minimal crowds about an hour in, got to see a lot. We had reservations for the Ferris wheel so they let us in early for that and waited about 45 minutes in line. Not bad since the line behind us filled up real quick. We walked around for about an hour after that, saw the rest of the displays which were nice. However it became elbow to elbow at that point. Ridiculously crowded so we left. Walked out to the parking lot to see cars parked in the aisles and against the fencing. Luckily I wasn't blocked in. We got out easily but was blown away at the amount of traffic coming in. So very disappointed. It was pouring rain the night that we were scheduled to go (Jan 2nd) but because they didn't cancel the event they would not refund our money. It was so wet that we wouldn't have been able to skate or sled, let alone enjoy the lights. While I understand that all sales are final, there should be some exceptions. Had such a horrendous experience, I would not recommend coming here to anyone! My boyfriend and I saw this event trending all over social media, but it's not what it appears at all... First of all, it took us 40+ minutes trying to drive around the mall to get to the parking lot for the event. On top of that, trying to get into the parking lot and actually park took another 40+ minutes in stop-and-go traffic because there's no traffic control to direct the cars. In total, it took around 1.5 hours just trying to park which is insane and worse than Disneyland lines. The actual event was so crowded, it was difficult to enjoy. There was barely any room to walk through the maze and enjoy the lights/decor with the amount of people there. We ended up just exiting ASAP because it was more difficult trying to walk around everyone than figure out where the exit was. Ice skating was also a mess with a huge crowd at the entrance trying to figure out how to get in because there were no lines or order at all and only one worker manning the entire crowd. The ice was also so difficult to skate on because it's so chopped up with ice chunks all over the ground and everyone falling all over the place. There was not enough room for that amount of people in the ice rink, I'd go someplace else if I were you. Beware of food prices - we spent like $35 on a small bowl of pasta, which honestly shouldn't have costed more than Olive Garden... The lines for food was insane and one of the workers at one of the stalls started yelling because people were not coming to get their food when their number was being called. There were so many people just blocking the lines/pick-up/walkways, everything about this event was so difficult and stressful. read more

This was a horrendously managed event. I pre purchased parking but there was no separate line for repurchase so it gave me little to no advantage for doing so. I bought fast passes for my son and wife but the benefit was only for the lines to add on attractions that were all sold out. We purchased four parking passes but two of our friends were told their pass was no good so they had to pay. We asked for a refund and were told there are no refunds but we were given free tickets for the ice slide which was really kind of a joke, minimal ice and astroturf? WOW what an experience! I'm soooo glad I didn't read all the 1 star reviews...I had a blast! There were probably 1000 people here but it didn't feel crowded at all! Long lines for some things but I really came for the maze/ lights! I didn't pay for any food or other extras but a lot of people did, and everyone I saw seemed to be having a great time! I was really impressed by the wide variety of food available. Luna the Elf welcomed me into the maze and invited me to go through the scavenger hunt (a search for 8 items while in the maze) and she was SO jolly if I hadn't already been smiling, I would have been after meeting her I spent at least an hour wandering around in the maze, such a treat! Not sure where the $25 parking is, there is an abundance of free parking on Huntington or in the mall parking lot. Many thanks to the developers and staff running this event, I'm so grateful! We paid extra for the snow slide and the Ferris wheel, but both had wait times of at least a couple of hours each, which made them feel not worth the additional cost. The event was extremely overcrowded to the point where it was hard to walk around or take pictures without people constantly in the way. Do NOT pay for event parking. It's too hectic and disorganized for $25. There is a mall with a giant free lot, and free street parking nearby. Both would've been faster and free. There is no re-entry, which is fine on its own, but when we went to the box office to ask if we can re-enter because we forgot to buy something, she gave us the name of a woman to speak to at the front entrance, and we walked the whole half a mile to find her only to be told there is no re-entry. Why does the box office staff not know such basic information to save us such an annoying hassle?? We walked for no reason. What an awful experience that could've been avoided. Hello, I purchased Enchant Christmas tickets through Costco and redeemed my FEVO code for Christmas Eve. The event was canceled by Enchant due to weather. Because the code was already redeemed for that date, I am now unable to reschedule and the tickets are unusable, despite being fully paid for. Since the event was canceled by the organizer and no replacement date can be selected, I am requesting either: * a refund, or * a replacement FEVO code that allows me to select a new date. Overall the experience was really fun and gorgeous. It was smaller than shown online which was kind of a bummer. I wanted to give this place a 4 star review, given the fact the place was smaller than expected and very crowded. HOWEVER, I highly recommend you NOT to drink their european hot chocolate. Me and my boyfriend each got our own, one S'mores flavored and the other Salted Caramel. We both ended up with food poisoning by the end of the night, throwing up and feeling sick. Awful!!! We got drinks and they came out in these glowing-lightbulbs and tasted delicious! The place was filled with lights everywhere! It was bright and festive with Christmas trees, reindeer, etc. When we entered, some employees handed us a ticket for a scavenger-hunt to find all 8 Christmas stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This was completely falsely advertise. It looks nothing like the drone view that you see in your Instagram ads. This is completely disorganized and poorly run with a bunch of 16-year-olds scattered here and there standing around as staff members . first, the parking was a complete shit show you had to pay $35-$50 to get so-called premier parking which never existed . and even if you pre- purchased those tickets , you had to wait one hour in line just to get in with your car. If you try to park at the mall, there was no parking left. This place is legit in a mall parking lot. They didn't have enough staff checking in cars and people so hundreds of people were waiting for hours. That was nothing... then you enter the place two hours later than expected and you have mediocre food where they are charging $6 for a tiny bottle of water and $1 for a dab of ketchup or ranch dressing for your $20 chicken tenders. The worst part about this experience is that you pre-purchased for add-ons like skating, the Ferris wheel and the snow sledding and you weren't able to go on any of those because the line was wrapping around the entire place and it was a minimum of a one hour wait in which we did not even use our tickets. Customer service is not available for a refund. No one will respond to you. This is a privately owned shit show business and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I believe everyone should get their money back for their unused portion of the rides and the scam show parking lot tickets. No one could figure out how to get in and out of the maze because there was no signage. Basically you were paying $45 to look at five minutes of lights and play mini golf if you could get through that line. All the decently fun stuff would have costed you an additional 10 or $15 more in which you never was able to use anyway because it was so overcrowded and oversold. I would absolutely never return. I ended up coming home three hours later than expected. I was better off staying at home. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Just expect to walk more than 3/4 of a mile to get to this entrance because there is no parking anywhere and there is nobody navigating The lanes for the cars is trying to get in! Parking was $35?!? I anyway paid the admission to get in which was $152 for 2 adults and 1 child. So I'm like down near $200. The rides had a huge line and the tickets were "sold out" so that was a no go. There was caroling. 2 old men and 2 young woman. Paid almost $100 for two tickets just to get my phone and ID stolen at this place. The lights were pretty but there was very little security and it was definitely crowded. Guest services told me "maybe it will show up" after I reported it stolen. It's really unfortunate these things happen at a family friendly event during the holidays. The whole experience was unpleasant. First they canceled our original day on Dec 24 due to weather which was understandable (although it didn't rain after 6pm). We either had a choice to reschedule or get a refund. I emailed them asking for a refund and they never responded. So We ended up moving our Christmas plans around to not lose out the experience and went on Christmas day. Unfortunately one person in our party couldn't attend Christmas Day so when I told them one of the guest in our party couldn't attend the re-scheduled date and asked if we could get refunded for that SINGLE ticket they pretty much said there's nothing they could do and they refused to give us a refund. Didn't even attempt to talk to anyone to see what could be done. Just straight out NO. So unprofessional! The event itself isn't anything special. We tried to book the ice skating and snow tubing and they were all "sold out" although it was pretty empty. The lights weren't anything you can't go see for free driving around your neighborhood. We purchased food from the eatery and it was cold which we overlooked because it was a cold night. If you are taking kids who you even remotely think will want to participate in any of the add on activities (ice skating, sledding, ferris wheel and mini golf) then I HIGHLY recommend purchasing those add ons in advance. We had general admission tix for 5:30 and it took a good hour to get parking. When we first got inside around 6:30 we stopped to take pictures and check out some of the food vendors, which was a big mistake because the add on activities were completely sold out by 7:30/7:45pm. My kid was so disappointed, and seeing others enjoying the activities while he didn't have the opportunity to do any of them didn't help matters. Not to mention cell service was really bad inside the event so even getting to the website to try and purchase the add ons inside was almost impossible. At the mini golf station I even heard a patron that was able to reserve tickets and a window say that they'd run out of clubs so their group had returned twice already waiting for a turn to play. In the future I'd suggest to the promoters to be more strict around the reservation windows (both start and end times) instead of cutting off sales for the add ons. That way more groups might have a chance to enjoy them. I will say the light displays, food and craft vendors, and maze were really nice, however, I don't know that I would've paid so much for tickets just to do those activities. read more

The s'mores package for four was overpriced ($40) especially with only a 20-minute time limit. The Cheese Wheel Pasta was also too expensive at $25 for a small bowl.
