I had a wonderful time at Enchant Christmas in Arcadia, CA, after the holidays. Enchant has the 'World's Largest Light Maze' with 10 acres! Granted, it was raining a bit when we went, but luckily, it wasn't too crowded at all. I did hear that it was extremely crowded during the peak, with approximately 20,000 visitors. So whoa! Some cool tips: there is a cute ice skating rink. I recommend prebooking your skates, as they can sell out quickly. For the maze, look for the giant light-up whale; it's one of the best photo ops. The ice slide and Ferris wheel are optional add-ons, so be sure to plan your budget accordingly. It's also a cashless venue, so they only accept credit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Parking is also $25, which is overpriced. A lot of the items were overpriced, but again, we visited after the holidays, so there was a massive discount on the merchandise, which was up to 60% off. I should have bought some, but I still had a great time.
I found out about enchant through many ads on my socials. Tickets were $45/person. I originally thought it was located at Santa Anita Park, but it's located on the corner of the parking lot of Santa Anita Mall. Nothing like Christmas lights with the view of an AMC and Dave & busters. We went on Saturday at the 6:30 slot so you can imagine how busy it was. It took over an hour, just to get into the parking lot. It was annoying since so many cars in the other lanes kept cutting over and no one was regulating traffic. We didn't buy parking beforehand so it was $35.50. It was super crowded and packed. Most spots were so crowded, I'm shoulder to shoulder slowly inching forward. They have a ton of different food vendors and drink booths. They have an indoor bar as well to keep you cool. The main food area had tables around, but not nearly as much. We had to stand to eat. All the food and snacks averaged around $20. The brisket Mac was good, but their meat was too chewy. I really liked their Baileys hot chocolate. There were a ton of different vendors selling random items ranching from keychains, labubus, and clothes. The light maze was probably my favorite. It just sucked since you could hardly get around without having to stop every few seconds because multiple different people are taking photos or videos or people stopping randomly in the middle of the walkway. They had a lot of different light installations. They have ice skating, tubing, mini golf, and private igloo areas as well. Enchant was a cool experience, but I feel like I would've liked it so much more if it wasn't so crowded and packed. It took away from the experience.
We were worried after reading some of the negative reviews but we visited on a Thursday night and it was busy but not overwhelming. We were able to maneuver through the crowds pretty easily and see most everything in 2 hours but I can see that maybe on a capacity night it could get very tight with long lines. It took us about 15 mins to get into the parking lot but note that the entrance is on Holly street off of Huntington drive at Gate 3 that is listed on their website. Prepurchase parking as they just scan the QR code then. There were a lot of cars trying to enter through the wrong parking gates and those were all backed up. Plenty of food and retail booths / even a whole food court area with yakitori to pasta cheese wheel booths and some unique foodie items. Plenty of bars. Most of the retail venders are the same from the 626 night market but a few added with holiday items. Pricing is like theme parks/stadiums so expect a $7 churro or water, pretzel looked like the best deal. S'mores area was cool for kids. Ice skating path looked fun with skate rental. Line dancing class was fun. Lots of people at the mini golf and slide area. Maze was nice but I can see on weekends might be very tight to maneuver in with large crowds. I think it's a nice one time holiday excursion especially if you have kids or are looking for a date evening. Would I return? Probably not - I think one time was entertaining but not sure if I would repeat unless there was a lot more added content.
We kept seeing a bunch of ads for Enchant pop up everywhere. It looked fun and magical, so my husband and I planned a nice date night here. We paid $43 each for general admission tickets plus $15 per adult for ice skating, another $15 per adult for the snow slide, and $30 for parking. That's almost $200, which is a bit pricey for what you get from this experience. Parking was a bit confusing at first. There was basically no signage anywhere telling you which directions to go for parking. I wish it was more organized and clear. Purchasing add-ons like ice skating, snow slide, ferris wheel, or mini golf ahead of time is a must. If you try to buy it while you are there, it will probably be sold out. My favorite part about Enchant was definitely the Christmas light maze. There were many great photo opportunities, and the various lights were beautiful. It wasn't as large or crowded as I expected it to be. Least favorite would be the snow slide. One slide lasts less than a minute. The activity finished really quickly, and the thrill wasn't that great. I can imagine this being more enjoyable for young children. Ice skating was a nice activity, but the skating trail definitely felt overcrowded. There were open cubbies to put our shoes and belongings in, but they were very dirty and unsupervised. Overall, my husband and I still enjoyed our date night here. Would we visit again though? Probably not.
We took our kids to Enchant and they absolutely loved it! So many beautiful lights everywhere and the holiday music really puts you in the Christmas spirit. There's ice skating, ice tubing, and plenty of drinks for both kids and adults, which was a nice touch. We arrived around 6:30pm and parking was still manageable, but by the time we left around 8pm it was definitely a mess -- something to keep in mind. We went on a Tuesday and it was already pretty busy, so I can only imagine weekends get extremely crowded. Overall, a great holiday experience, especially for families with kids. Definitely worth checking out!
I've always heard of Santa Anita doing year end themed events. This year a friend of mine invited me over to check out 2025's winter event. So why not be more present and experience all that I can right? Entrance into the parking lot was very streamlined with the help of the staff ushering folks in a professional manner. I should've bought parking ahead of time as I didn't realize it would be $10 more expensive when I got to the event itself. Overall, I think the event could've been done better at the immersion. It would be hard to set up a winter wonderland in Southern California as it doesn't get that cold, but the only amount of "snow" we got was the fake snow machines we got upon entering the area. The ambience and the photograph setups are what people go for, so I think it's worth going once to check it out. My friends and I got some decently good pics! I would think that the ticket pricing was about right for the event itself. Though, I wouldn't mind paying slightly more to have access to more of the premium amenities like the ice skating and the Ferris wheel be a part of the package. There was a lot more people than I wouldve expected and I think they needed a bigger area to operate in.
My son and his wife came to visit for Thanksgiving weekend so we took them to Enchant to kick off the holiday season - unfortunately we were very disappointed with our experience and would definitely not consider ever doing this event again or recommending it to anyone. Crowds are massive and unruly, parking is an absolute nightmare, and the ticket prices are outrageous - as well as the food and drink and other experiences- totally exorbitant and unjustified. I kept seeing elaborate ads for Enchant LA while I was exploring holiday activities while the kids were visiting. The ads claim Enchant LA has the largest Christmas lights maze in the world and really made the whole experience look spectacular - so I figured we'd give it a shot. The maze does seem somewhat large but I have a hard time believing it's the largest in the world. And they didn't make any efforts to hide the fact that it's basically a bunch of standard Christmas lights wrapped around chain link fence over fake ivy in a parking lot. For the exorbitant price of the tickets, they could've at least laid down some astroturf to hide the parking lines and asphalt lol. Another thing I didn't like was that all the food/drink "huts" and market stalls were very poorly constructed - they just threw up some plywood and bland signage that all just looks tacky and cheap. I'm giving an extra star bc they have a puzzle to solve in the maze that we did enjoy playing for a bit before the unruly crowds wore us down. The premise is that Santa's timepiece is broken and you have to find 8 stars to fix it. The staff hand out scratch cards that you scratch off along the way when you find a star. The reward for finding the stars is you get to write down your Christmas wish and put it in one of the mailboxes at the end - presumably to mail to Santa but it's unclear lol. Still a bit of fun to be had if you can fight through the horde. And there are some very pretty light displays that make for nice family photo-ops - BUT you have to wait in long lines, people are pushing and cutting in line, and are just plain rude. And you have to make sure to point your camera up enough to cut out the parking lot paint lol - It's just not worth it. Tickets are easy to buy online and require timed entry - we bought it for Friday night at 530pm entry slot. But the entry times are not enforced whatsoever. Crowds are massive and make it unpleasant. The Ferris wheel, ice skating, s'mores "pit", and "snow slide" are all extra costs - and again, the prices are ridiculous for what it is. In the ads, the slide and Ferris wheel look huge but in reality they're tiny and poorly constructed. The ice skating "rink" is actually a long winding trail so that looked interesting at least. All the staff we encountered were warm and friendly - but almost all of them were extremely young and had no idea what was going on when there were issues - and happily told us so too lol. Especially in terms of the parking fiasco. It took us an hour to get parked! It's absolute mayhem. Cars are circling around and cutting each other off at turns, everyone is angry and honking - a terrible start to the experience. There are staff trying to direct the traffic but they're lazy and mostly just standing there waving wands in no recognizable direction. Pretty much just a free-for-all. You really need more leadership and effective management for crowds of this magnitude. When you purchase tickets, you have the option to add on parking for a fee but I didn't. We arrived expecting to pay around $10 for general parking but they didn't charge us bc of the chaos I guess? Or maybe they didn't know? I asked the parking staff and he said he "had no idea what to do" in terms of paying and where to park etc - he just told us to move on a find a spot LOL!! Also - they charge you a "service fee" of $4 when you book online. Our 4 tickets were $164 - but they offer a "friends pack" of 4 tickets for a small discount so we ended up paying $143 for this mess of an event lol. This experience is grossly mismanaged, feels very poorly thrown together, the ads are totally misleading, and it really seems like a huge money grab. There are so many other Christmas light venues in the area that are far superior. I cannot recommend this experience. Never again!
BIG YIKES. I got a natty discount via my wagie shackles, but I cannot imagine a normie family going here and having to stomach the costs straight up. Even with the slight group discount, it's a HUGE waste of money for what it is. Depending on what night you're going, you're looking at around ~$40 per person, with $10 parking since unless you're ridesharing they're no real way you can just walk in from the mall side unless you're hopping the fence or braving getting hit by the crazy cars trying to get in or escape. They scan your QR code to get in for parking and to get into the venue and everything else is priced on add ons. Again, if you're planning to stay here for awhile and you want to imbibe in foods and drink, you're like looking at $10+ for each drink, and around $15 for food item. It was around $9 for a cup of "European" salted caramel hot chocolate which was at most 4 gulps, $16 for 6 beignets that are like the size of Totino's pizza rolls, and $16 for a truffle aioli bratwurst on a bun with some steamed peppers and onions (a messy 4 bites). Also, if you are unfortunately taking children here, I think, unless they're iPad addicted (a different kind of evil), they're going to want to go onto the ferris wheel (tiny and creaking), go inner tubing down the slide, go ice skating (saw a woman hit her head), etc. it's going to cost you extra and it's not like you can yeet a very young child there yourself so I guess you're paying for yourself too. The lines were ABSOLUTELY fisted for all these activities. If you, your party, or any children have been afflicted with instant gratification, you're in hell my friend. I have to also comment on the gross poorly planned layout of the venue. Certain areas you go to lead to a dead end and then you have to loop back out causing lots of bottlenecks in the crowds. At one of the dead ends was a mini golf set with some small light set ups. Man, can't imagine paying for your kid to play mini golf and you have all these ignoramuses walking all over the course. RIP. Then the actual light display leads into a forced labryinth with an arbitrary storyline of finding the stars to save Xmas. You can scratch the scavenger hunt and then mail the letter to Santa, but there's no pens provided to even mail out the letters at the end. Like an idea was there, but it was so poorly executed. PRO-TIP: Take off your glasses if you have astigmatism since this made it look pretty cool and magical to me. Other than that, I'd hella skip this.
Not worth it for what it was. Whoever does their marketing on social media is incredible though becuase it really had us fooled thinking it was going to be this big and grand spectable. Give that person a promotion but also, I wouldn't be surpised if next year, less people go. It's kind of like when people take a photo with the 0.5 lens, and it looks massive, but then you see it in person and feel decieved? yep thats what it was. Were the lights cool? Yes, fun and whimsical lights. However it is just 1 maze. One maze that gets completed in 20 mins if you don't stop for photos. To enter the parking lot took us longer than to walk the entire venue. Food and drinks, mediocre and expensive. Hot chocolate that tasted more like water. Small bowl of Mac and cheese for $20. It was def over sold. This place would only be worth it if it cost $20 because you are done so quickly. Not worth it. We were unimpressed. Reviews are accurate.
We bought tickets online which was $42 per adult. Parking was $25 and the total also included a $4 service charge. We arrived right at 4:30pm and it was smooth to get into the parking lot with people guiding you toward your parking spot. We walked through the different light tunnels and saw the different light structures. The maze was cool and included a little game to find the eight structures. There were really tall Christmas trees and really cool light objects like carriages, bears, and whales. The event venue has snacks and shops, drink stalls throughout, a food court, mini golf, ferris wheel, and an ice rink. There was indoor and outdoor seating with tables and lounges to people watch. Overall we spent about an hour here. If we did the ice rink, the snow slide, or had eaten here we could've spent more time. This is definitely a family friendly place that is a good spot for pictures surrounded by lights.
Alright... So who hasn't seen these ads all over social media? Well they got me! I love doing all these kinds of experiences and despite it being a far drive Took me almost 2hrs since I went during the week Not recommended lol But it's located parking in the parking lot of where the amc theater and Dave busters is at behind the race track I arrived just after 8 after having 730 time entrance I recommend getting the earliest time ... you'll see why soon Anyways got in super quick as everyone had already arrived so it was pretty busy The lights are all very beautiful and magical for sure But man I wish the place didn't close down at 930 Which meant I only had 1.5hrs if that hence arrive early because if you want to take photo opps you need the time as there are lines and lines at the bars etc They have a night market which is fun to try to recreate those European Xmas markets with vendors The hot chocolate which came in European which was supposed to be thicker was not and even the lady selling it to us was like yeah it's not really thick at all They have a maze as their main thing you walk around and you get this scavenger type card you supposedly use for finding all the "stars" but even if you do you don't get something for finding them lol so it's honestly pointless to do it just enjoy it There's a small Ferris wheel and some tube slides and mini golf Didn't get time to do any of that but hey it's good to see stuff to do The toilets were porta potties or at least what I used You. Definitely need hours here and as beautiful as it is the amount of folks is a lot so it's hard to sort of enjoy it at times but it's fun for the family. To take kids and if you live close do it
Enchant is a wonderful place to take your kids, family, date, or just go by yourself. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It's like Disneyland -how Disneyland used to be back in the days- happy and cheery. They have food stations, ice-skating rink, sledding mini golf and a ton of seating areas (I'm just saying, both indoor and outdoor). Parking is $25 per car. You do have to get your tickets ahead of time and they do sell out. On the weekends and Fridays expect longer wait. Admission ticket depends on the day that you buy it and time. Mondays are typically the cheapest while Friday, Saturday, Sundays are most expensive. I recommend you get your tickets ahead of time as they do sell out quite fast!
This was one of the most fun Christmas experience I've ever had! Its was like a big fair for Christmas. They offer a free maze which is a pretty good size , and if you follow the search game it takes a little bit of time. Food option were really good little pretty but quality was pretty good. I got brisket Mac in cheese ; pretty good wish the brisket had a bbq sauce but it was more of a dry rub My boyfriend got truffle & garlic pasta There was also hot cider that you could add alcohol too and regular hot chocolate and Casamigos can . Me and my boyfriend spent a good amount of money but it's was worth it to me Definitely coming back next year ; have to come back to maybe try ice skating which does cost and the s'mores fire pit
Let's state the obvious first... the lights are absolutely stunning! We purchased our tickets almost 6 months ago. And to say we were disappointed to learn, on the day of, that literally everything but the "maze" is an additional add on fee and was sold out of activities was incredibly disappointing. So I guess we will start with parking. I pre-purchased parking. Like the other reviews, waited in a very long line to park. But, I guess that's to be expected with such a large (and completely oversold) event. It is slightly disorganized. Walked in, had no idea where to go, but, any time you had to scan your QR code they were very fast! The event itself, although "timed" entries was packed. Like, Disney packed. Which of course takes away from the whole beauty of the event. The maze itself is ok... again, beautiful light installments but chaotic as it's not so much a maze but walking with a hoard of people from one IG selfie spot to another. They say it takes 45 min to an hour for the maze, but I think that's because the lines are long for picture spots and again, crowds! We did speak with customer service about the sold out ice skating and tubing. They were very accommodating and allowed us to add on ice skating. Which was actually really fun! The Christmas village of food and shops and drinks was cute and run super efficiently. Although lines appeared long, they went fairly fast! Food was good but I was really disappointed in the temperature of the pasta. It was cold. Would have been amazing warm! All in all, been there, done that. Don't know that we will return next year. But, had a little fun this year. read more

Huge Xmas maze, lights, festivities and more! Great place for pictures, it was a bit pricey so I recommend buying the ticket at labucketlisters if you can for cheaper deal. Their ice rink looked beautiful but didn't get to try it. Ferris wheel was $10 and their slide sold out?! Idk how they can sell out of a slide but ok read more
Tis the Season to slide down a hill of ice with pals...run don't walk, to Santa Anita's new Enchant Lighted Christmas Maze experience! With Christmas lights galore, fun snacks and exciting winter activities, it a ton of fun bottled up in one night! The only problem, it will end before you would like it too. Good times! read more
Enchant was really adorable! The decorations and set up was so nice to be around. The venue is a decent size not to big not to small just right. The parking situation was a little iffy. Very large parking lot and if you get there late it's a long walk down to the venue so please arrive early lol. Once you walk in they take a picture of you which you can buy later on for $30! They have metal detectors and plenty security which is important now a days in large group events. I walked in and immediately felt like a child. I wanted to run around to every corner. They have plenty of vendors selling trinkets and finger food. I tried the potato swirl I give it a 4/10 I did not enjoy it to much. Banana pudding from PUDN in temecula was so delicious! It was so nice a creamy. Overall we enjoyed walking around surrounded by plenty of lights and decor. Definitely cute for kids or date night. read more

We bought tickets online the night before 5:30pm Sunday 11/23 using 15% off promo code ARCADIA. It was packed & sold out either due to Thanksgiving break or the free Family Photo session. Took 1 hour to park at GATE 3 and get in. At least the parking attendants didn't charge the $10 fee from all the madness and traffic. I recommend go early at 3:30p well before sunset to bypass the crowds or perhaps splurge on premium if riding the add ons. Honestly not sure that would make a difference. We prepaid online for the ferris wheel but the line was 45m so we chose to eat the cost. Ice skating was a 2hr wait & snow tube line was long too. Also food lines at 6:45p were long. There's two indoor play areas for little kids with coloring stations, story time, and a soft play with blocks & pillows. We did not have the patience to wait at every free photo session lines. TLDR: As parents with a 5.5 year old, we didn't enjoy much. Go early 3:30pm on a school night or weeknight if possible to enjoy at an easier pace read more

The Enchanted Light Carnival was absolutely delightful. We went on a weeknight, which was perfect--it wasn't too crowded, unlike what I imagine the weekends might be. The light displays throughout the park were beautiful, with so many spots to take family photos, and there was no shortage of activities. From ice skating and line dancing to slides and other fun attractions, there was something for kids of all ages. I really appreciated how well organized everything felt. Tickets were reasonably priced at $30 for entrance, with optional add-ons if you choose to do rides or activities. The food vendors were quite good, and even the porta-potties were surprisingly clean. read more

The whole thing is pretty bad - from the wait time to park your car, the wait time to get in, the wait time to do... basically anything inside (food, drinks, mazes, Ferris wheel). The displays are mostly those fake trees with the lights already installed in them, that they shook out from someone's garage and set up. Some other major light displays were stars and tunnels - but nothing creative or innovative and def not worth the wait times. The prices are harsh - $15 for a small styrofoam cup Baileys and hot cocoa? Not in this economy, honey. The parking situation is so ill planned - and takes about an hour just to park once you enter the lot. Even before entering the parking lot - there's cars all stuck in the intersections on the street causing traffic jams. They over sold the event. Parking should have been free, which would have caused less of a traffic jam- and things were so expensive inside, that paying for parking didn't make sense. Just a sh*t show. The race track sees tons of events and obviously the race track has their races which means tons of cars and parking with no issues - so whoever the organizers are for this did a horrible job. A lot of headache for some Xmas lights. read more

The place itself was huge and beautiful decorated. They spend a lot of money for decorations on nice lightings and cool things to look at. Plenty of food and drinks available for purchase. Our experience was spoiled because we were not able to get on any attractions as they were all sold out as we got there before 5PM! Although they did sell us the PREMIUM PASS so we can cut through the lines of the sold out attractions! The kids were super disappointed and wanted to leave immediately as there was basically nothing else to do but to walk around, look at the lights, eat and leave. What a way to spend $300! Oh and we actually preorder the attraction tickets that morning through the website, but when we got there it appeared that they refunded the money apparently because the sold tickets were not available.., Poorly organised process Also I would advise to preorder the parking online for $25, otherwise you will need to pay $35 on spot. Overall I feel like being ripped off my money and not being able to experience the whole thing The good part is we were able to take home our UNUSED PREMIUM PASS! Question to the management: WHY WOULD YOU SELL A PREMIUM PASS IF THERE IS NO ATTRACTIONS OR RIDES AVAILABLE??? read more

After contemplating this review I feel like I should have just wrote "bruh"....... And left it to interpretation. But I'll elaborate instead. (I have 2 sons 17 and 13 so I believe when you say Bruh its expressing extreme distaste to something. We go to Costco and purchased 2 GA and 2 premier bracelets. We download the tickets on our phone with a QR code and drive to BFE to go see Enchant after sitting in bumper to bumper traffic for 1 solid hour moving only 20 feet at most (approx 300 feet left to enter the parking lot) we decide to park illegally in the mall and walk. We found out later parking at Enchant was $50!!!! Bruh- We walk to the line with our QR codes wait approx 30 minutes and get to the front.... Only to be denied stating the QR codes are not scannable we need to head back to the Box Office and get a printed ticket for them to scan... (1 hour 45 minutes elapsed time) - Bruh- Now we're in line at the Box Office to get these supposed scannable tickets.... 45 minutes later we arrive to the front of the box office, the lady didn't even know what to print on the iPad stating "these Costco tickets are so confusing". She prints out 2 receipts (see below). Elapsed time (2.5 hours we haven't even entered the attraction) we ask what the premier tickets are she tells us they are "fast pass tickets for the attractions" but you can't buy attraction tickets because they're all sold out Bruh- Back in line we go, another 30 minutes to the front to get to the woman that denied us initially, telling her we had our new and improved scannable tickets..... she looks at them and said "ok go ahead" bruh- no scanning at all. Now you enter Enchant. Imagine if you will, Disney size crowds, yelling and crying children and strollers, influencers blocking the walk paths, a maze of lights with no signage, confused people aimlessly walking in a parking lot, and a gigantic Sperm Whale light up..... nothing quite says Merry Christmas like a Sperm Whale......Bruh- (elapsed time 3 hours) My husband and I walk around for 15 minutes discussing how these are Christmas lights in the middle of a parking lot, poorly managed, false advertised, and absurdly overpriced. I don't know who is in charge of this event but it's the most mismanaged, horrible Christmas experience ever. I will never return and I am going to Costco for a refund. Do better! It would have been way more fun to walk around Burbank. Also idk who's giving 5 star reviews they are either getting paid by Enchant or paid by Yelp. read more

We took a group on a Tuesday night for the lower ticket price and lighter crowd. Turned out to be packed even on a Tuesday. The food prices were insane so most of us didn't get anything. The one person who did felt really nauseous about 30 minutes later. The high ticket price only gets you in the door, everything else costs extra (and isn't worth the cost). The crafters had some cute stuff and we did buy a couple of things. In the end, it was a money grab. Maybe worth seeing once, but we'll never return if it comes back in future years (unlike Descanso Gardens' "Enchanted Garden" that we do enjoy every Christmas). read more

My family came by this festival at the Santa Anita Racetrack parking lot where they typically hold the 626 night market. This event is all about the lights and photo ops, we had plenty of places to take photos and despite it being a middle of the week it was incredibly busy. We were excited since the online ads looked pretty elegant and well organized but upon entering you could see it wasn't all it was hyped up to be unfortunately. The parking lot was insane and there were not enough not attendants to direct traffic or keep people from walking in the middle of traffic. Also the online parking cost is $15 but in person it's $25 and the attendant said "idk why everyone keeps saying it's $15" we said it says that online and he just said "oh..." We walked in and got some European hot chocolate from one of the tents, it was definitely a nice surprise but a really small cup for $8 coming from a tent with a folding table, a bag of sprinkles and plastic jug dispenser of hot chocolate. It might have been better to keep the ingredients out of view or have a pretend espresso machine going so it for the overall facade of an elegant winter festival. The maze was a large portion of the event, with many displays and spots for photos that were pretty nice. Within the maze there's only one way in and one way out and no seating so we had a little trouble with my mom(senior) who needed to rest here and there. The ice skating, slide, and Ferris wheel were outside of the maze but every single activity said SOLD OUT! it really didn't make sense to have an event and not have these included with your ticket, and not an add on, especially selling premium priced food and drink and parking.. and then adding the activities in top. Overall it was just okay, the lights were pretty and we took some nice photos but everything else wasn't worth it. read more

The entrance fee for this place is $44 but my family got the value pack and it ended up being $30 per person. Add in $15 for parking and you're looking at $45 just to get in. What's included in this fee, you might ask? The christmas maze. That's about it if you're an adult. There are some free activities for kiddos but not much else. You're paying to have access to pay for things. Ice skating, tubbing, ferris wheel, food, and drinks are all extra and it ain't cheap. The lines for the activities are long so expect to wait. There is insufficient seating for patrons who want to enjoy their very expensive food. The staff don't really know what's going on or where you can buy the tickets for the activities. The maze was so packed it was hard to navigate without running into someone. The bathrooms were decent for port-a-potties. Overall, I spent about 2 hours here and I don't plan to ever be back. read more

We attended Enchant Los Angeles at Santa Anita with a party of 9 people (teens, adults, and seniors) and left extremely disappointed. This was our first time, and based on the advertising, we expected much more than what we received. Parking was our first issue. When purchasing tickets, the website clearly stated (in more than one place) that parking could be added later if needed, at $25. While driving to the event, we attempted to purchase parking but found our 4:30 PM time slot unavailable, with only a 9:30 PM option remaining. Once we arrived, we were forced to pay $35 per vehicle at the gate, something that was never disclosed ahead of time. We paid for 3 vehicles, including a handicapped vehicle, and then spent nearly 45 minutes just trying to park after exiting the freeway. Admission alone cost us $442.90 for those 9 people. We checked in around 5:45-6:00 PM. The maze itself was visually beautiful, but it was extremely overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to take photos despite the event advertising assigned time slots. Still, we continued spending money onsite and trying to enjoy ourselves, assuming attractions would be available afterward. By 7:20 PM, signs were already up stating that the only 3 attractions, ice skating, snow sledding, and the Ferris wheel were sold out for the night, despite the event running from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM. This was shocking! The website suggests doing attractions earlier because they "get busier," but nowhere does it say they can completely sell out early, leaving you with no opportunity at all unless you pre-purchased add-ons. As first-time visitors, we reasonably expected to see the event and then decide on attractions. Instead, we were left with zero attractions available and hundreds of dollars spent just to walk around and look at lights. Every person in our group left feeling misled, frustrated, and disappointed and honestly ripped off. This experience did not match the advertising and absolutely did not justify the cost. We would not recommend Enchant unless you pre-purchase everything in advance and even then, be prepared for heavy crowds and long delays. read more

Went there on a Saturday night. We chose the 5:30 time slot and it was perfect. There was a lot of people so unfortunately getting on the big slides was out of the question but walking through the maze, taking amazing pics and creating nice memories with the kiddos was worth it. read more

Absolutely horrible. I spent almost $150 for two Fast Pass tickets and parking. That didn't include the Ferris wheel or the ice-skating or any of those things. I didn't realize that other than the maze and the shops there's absolutely nothing else to do there. So I literally paid $150 to go through a maze and to walk around shops. It's an absolute rip off. Yeah I got pretty pictures but we we're out of there in less than an hour. Shame on them. read more

Enchant Los Angeles at Santa Anita is a nice Christmas-themed tourist attraction with lots of lights and a fun maze where you search for stars. After the maze, we did some ice skating and grabbed drinks, though there are plenty of other activities too (ice tubing, Ferris wheel, etc.). Overall, I'd give it a 4/5--it was fun but a bit unorganized with ticket checking. Still highly recommended, especially for families with kids. read more

Don't waste your time or money on these temporary lighting displays off of a parking lot. Not worth it. Never again even if it was free. Overpriced on everything. read more

Extremely disappointed by this event. We went 12/17 (dog themed night) and it was a disaster. We didn't last an hour before we left. It was way too over crowded -you would think at a dog event they would have less people??? Food was overpriced and cold. Hot chocolate was good but the lids didn't fit the cups and there were no cup sleeves so you were forced to hold a burning hot cup with no lid. When I asked the lady working if the lids fit she said " just squeeze the cup" mam it's hot chocolate in a paper cup?! The pet relief area was hilarious , a piece of wood covered with fake grass and a mini fire hydrant. Parking was horrible. My husband was forced to climb in through the passenger side just to drive our car out of the lot. We couldn't leave fast enough. Don't waste your money. read more

I wanted to love this event so badly but this really missed the mark. I mean, this is most similar to the past food events that have been hosted in the very same parking lot. The food was overpriced and tiny. Like im not expecting 626 night market prices. My own dad had said we couldve seen this online and didnt feel like we got bombarded with paid activities. I decided not to go ice skating for this one after reading many reviews of the blades not being up to standards so I would rather not risk it. It is not as disability friendly either. Lots of seniors yet there's still uneven terrain that most people dont look down to see and end up tripping. It was cool to see my favorite Yakitori spot but the European sipping chocolate did not have enough marshmallow I think tbrh. Skip the s'mores and do that at home bc those packages were not wallet friendly . Also did not like how we had to pay how much for a parking ticket to a side of the mall oh wait I couldn't have bc my mom uses a cane. Even with that we were guided to a pretty far off part of the parking lot at 5:30pm on a saturday that we paid 25 for.. Skip this event and save your wallets. Overpriced lightbulb drink- it had plum wine which was alright but didnt really fit the vibe and with that price tag that set us 20 dollars. The smoked brisket mac n cheese was quite disappointing with very thin cuts. For 20+ I feel like it was not worth it. We couldve ate much better at the mall nearby but this event had closed down that part of the mall for parking. I felt like this could be better with some adjustments. Because wowzas. read more

Overall the experience was really fun and gorgeous. It was smaller than shown online which was kind of a bummer. I wanted to give this place a 4 star review, given the fact the place was smaller than expected and very crowded. HOWEVER, I highly recommend you NOT to drink their european hot chocolate. Me and my boyfriend each got our own, one S'mores flavored and the other Salted Caramel. We both ended up with food poisoning by the end of the night, throwing up and feeling sick. Awful!!! The milk must've been bad or wasn't properly stored before handing them out to customers. read more

To start off with the tickets were already pricey but i just thought hmm maybe itll be worth the price, WRONG. I get it, it's a festival so everything is going to be expensive but wow they took the cake on that. Food was pricey and not worth the purchase. All the attractions had long lines and/ or sold out so all you really had to look forward to was the lights and food. But yeah the lights were nicely decorated but the food was not done well.. the 626 night market atleast had true food vendors that actually serve good food so i was hoping it would be like that but i guess i couldnt win there either. read more
