He…read morechecks to make sure (as we're driving over) if we're going to the coffee shop that has the "vault". I had no idea what he was talking about that first time til we went back. They have round vault wheels as their handles. Made so much sense after that. He gets an apple juice and a Black Rifle cookie. I usually get the Liberty. The first time the barista told me I can lower the sweetness level and the drink was PERFECT! I forgot the past couple times and it is quite sweet. I have had the Liberty Bell both hot and cold. Either way is delicious (minus the extra sweetness - but that is my fault for not remembering to tone down the sugar). The baristas are super nice. They told me son that they can do any drink hot, iced, or blended...They also have lemonade with mix ins - he's planning to get that next time. The space is spacious. There are about 12 - 13 tables of varying seats a cozy couch area and a bar with bar stools looking out the window. There is also outside space. At 2pm on a Wednesday there are few people in there so room to spread out but also echoey for an 8 year old boy playing switch and getting a little animated. The bathrooms are one per and unisex (which helps me and I can send him into the bathroom just fine). We love Black Rifle and are so happy it's so close to cheer camp.

Their regular coffee is good (out of an extensive drink menu including seasonal specials) and they have a decent breakfast menu. I like the variety of seating in this coffeehouse. There's the main room with lots of tables, high-tops, and couch. I definitely appreciate that there's signage on some tables to mind your time of 2 hours if you're working there. There's also a separate sunny porch area that is much quieter than the main room. When the noise level inside got a little loud with music and typical coffeehouse chatter, I moved outside. You'll find plenty of outdoor seating. I just wish there was a little more shade. I came here to meet with friends on a Fri morning. Thankfully parking wasn't too much of an issue but I can see the small private lot being a challenge for large groups. I'm definitely a fan of the pretzel roll I ordered - contrary to its name, it looks like a nothing like a roll but more like a savory flattened croissant which had some slight amount of protein (can't remember if it was chicken or ham) inside. The coffee was good - I try not to be swayed by the beautiful trendy drinks most coffeehouses are serving. I'd certainly come back to this cafe if I were in the area.

I was in Kennesaw song a little shopping and figure I would check out a new coffee shop. I don't…read moreparticularly care for the location of the shop. It's in a small plaza. I can see parking being an issue on days that all of the businesses are open. However, I arrived close to closing time and had no problem parking directly in front of the shop. When I entered I immediately appreciated the decor. It gives tropical rainforest vibes! When I appreciated the counter I was greeted. There were two staff present. The gentleman appears to be a more seasoned employee and the female appeared to be in training. After looking at the menu I opted for a pistachio latte with oat milk and empanadas. I was told that they would be closing shortly. I believe I had about 30 min prior to closing time. This was more than enjoy time for me to drink a drink and eat my food. As such, I opted to dine in. The empanadas came out first. They were not my style. The pastry part was more like a corn bread consistency. I am accustomed to to emphasis being more of a dough like consistency. Additionally they tasted like something you just pull out the freezer and warm up. I would not order them again. When the drink arrived I had to confirm it was pistachio because I saw chocolate everywhere. The staff immediately recalled that I did not want whole milk and told me he had to re- make my drink. When it arrived for the second time the presentation was the same- it looked like a chocolate drink and not pistachio. When I took a sip I was shocked to find chunks of pistachios in the drink. I had to drink and eat the drink- interesting concept. I will say that the coffee taste on its own may be okay- however, collectively I was not a fan of this drink. Overall I do not have the best experience with the food or drink from this spot. I do give kudos for the ambiance and the service!
