After a brief hello and sharing of what the issue I had been experiencing, Nick begins talking in a voice volume louder than I was expecting. He gave me the, "I've been doing this for more than blah, blah, years and...." Wow. Okay. I trust that you know what you are doing but did you have to start the attitude with me at 9:30 in the morning? He reiterated the prices the 1-800 person told me on the phone and then stopped talking and looked at me. He didn't ask me a question, so I didn't answer. Impatiently he then says, "okay?" I nod. After I sign on the dotted line and Nick prints, I was going to ask him if he was okay. But a male customer walked in and I figured I should keep my question to myself for now. I said thank you and out I walked. Feeling shaken and confused and hoping he wouldn't be there when I picked up my laptop in a week. One week later: received a call that my laptop was done. Confirmed with my husband that he was available to go with me to pick it up. Walked in the shop and was welcomed by Nick, though this wasn't the same Nick I experienced a week ago. This Nick was friendly and cheerful. Service done.

I went to AT&T to try to get help. She had no clue. Directed me to go to U-Tec down from it!! Best thing ever!! Greeted by Kimmie. She was great. Confident in getting it fixed. Apparently, very messed up. She was supposed it didn't break down sooner with the big pixel dot showing. Told I could take a sear inside and it would be about 30 minutes. Sat down. Safe, clean, cool and comfortable. A lot of cute cases to view to buy. Before you know it, I was called, it was fixed and working!! Thankful!! Paid for it, told I could contact if any issues, but shouldn't be and wished. Good day!! Relieved!! Cell looks brand new!! Great service and GREAT phone repair!! Highly recommended!! I just went into this business this afternoon. My laptop kept giving me a message saying I needed…read moreto shut down as the fan wasn't working. After they spent at least 15 minutes and couldn't duplicate the problem, there was no charge. We ended up getting a universal laptop power charger since our cord was severely frayed in one area. They did not suggest the purchase. I specifically asked myself. Their suggestion as to why I was getting the error message was spot on, and I no longer have it popping up on my screen. I did read some of the other reviews just now, and they may or may not be true, as is true of any reviews. My input is that we won't go to Best Buy or similar stores for any sort of computer repair. We tried that once and it was a fiasco. I did not wait in line at this store and we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We will come back when the need arises again.

When a retailer lists an item on their site as a backorder costumers have a right to assume they're…read morestocking it. When the costumer emails them, and follows up with a phone call that should indicate interest. I did all of this. When I called Jordan said he'd reach out to his boss to see if they could get 2 of the internal LG Blu-Ray drives I wanted. Jordan also assured me their boss would reply to my email. No email reply, no call back and now the item link, which I know is right since I saved it to my wishlist on their site, shows that the item can't be found. Doesn't really seem like a way to treat a potential costumer who was ready to buy and knew what they wanted.
