I called to make an appointment for the next morning right when they opened. They were already booked, so the owner opened a whole hour early just to fit me in! Both times I've been for manicures have been incredible. I show the inspo pic, and they get it done exactly! The salon is small, but the quality and service is excellent. I can't speak to their other services but the gel manicures literally last for weeks! Both of mine stayed for two weeks (and could have gone longer but I don't love the grown out look for too long), with no chips or peeling whatsoever. Prices are extremely reasonable. I spent 45 minutes going over how much I paid verses what they thought I owed- regardless it was a waste of time, I felt like a thief, the woman kept insisting I never gave her money I thought I did- regardless no one could be proven right or wrong - but what I didn't care for was her disregard for letting my nails dry properly before hounding me for money she thought she was owed- it was really rude even when I told her when I'm done drying I'd work it all out. She was more concerned about her money than her service. I won't be going back here again based on customer service issues- sad because I was willing to give a new place a shot.
