Messy pedi

Been here a few times. I like the ambiance as it's peaceful. Had a good shellac manicure by the owner. Two pedis and both not good. This one didnt shape nails and painted sloppily and on my cuticles. I paint them a lot nicer myself. Disappointed to waste $45. I won't be going back.

Was relatively happy my nail artist.. friendly and very focused on design My only complaint is that while the Shellac is better for the nails the paint doesn't last as long as the Gel Everything else was great service, just chipping occurred within only a couple days Not their fault, likely from hand-washing and such during this pandemic.

2 days post nails being done. Nail extension (tips) + dipping powder. Top coat already peeling off of thumbnails.

I love giving small businesses a try. Unfortunately this one was disappointing. A few things: -I called first to ensure they could squeeze me in for a walk in (they could), and then went in for tips (nail extensions) and dipping powder. When I got there, the whole place was being remodeled. I should've walked out then, as the whole place was in disarray. BUT- let's put that aside for the sake of reviewing quality of the nails only: -The manicurist was scrambling everywhere to find the materials to do my nails (ok- under remodel- slightly understandable) -they expect you to bring your own nail files (first salon I've ever been to that does that)- eventually they found some I could use and made sure to tell me to bring them back each time (ok- not my fav but that's how they do it here then I just didn't know) -they never asked me what nail shape I wanted, I eventually realized and told them after I realized they were cutting the tips square -the quality of the materials being used did not seem clean. For example, the brush they use on the fingers post dipping in powder- the brush was in terrible shape and I actually felt like I was getting more powder and dust on me from the brush than what it was taking off. Minus one star- cleanliness and comfort is important. -the "round" shape was filed very unevenly on my nails. Minus one star- this is ultimately what I'm paying for. -the skin around the nail on my pinky was raw after and sore for multiple days (still healing). Minus one star- I've never had a salon damage my finger before. -after 2 days, the top coat on my thumbnails started peeling off. (At other salons, my nails usually last ~6 weeks without any peeling, chips, etc.). Minus one star, what I paid for didn't even last half a week. Both the experience and the quality of what I paid for the were fully lacking. I do not recommend the services at eNails.

Gel manicure with art

They do a great job and are open to custom nail art. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Super happy with the acrylic French tip manicure we received from Ryan for our teenage daughter. He spent a lot of time and did a terrific job. Very pleased with the service and will return.

A great find. These folks just opened up less than two weeks ago. They are offering 20% off for their Grand Opening. The decor is very well done. There are 8 pedicure chairs - all waiting for you! Manicures, pedicures, & lash extensions.

The sign in the lot.

I am new to Portland and don't have a go-to nail salon here. Because eNails is only a few blocks away I decided to give them a shot. After 3 visits I feel compelled to review (in bullet point form, 'cause it's easier). The Pros: - The atmosphere is great. It's clean and done up in a very spa-like fashion. There's soft music with water/beach sounds playing and the lighting is very dim, conducive to a relaxing experience. - The midlevel pedicure is excellent. They do a hot wax and massage and warm towel wrap. It felt faboosh! - There are a million high quality (OPI and China Glaze) colors to choose from. - The wine is complimentary (and you can choose red or white). - The staff is friendly and speak English fluently. The Cons: - They don't take direction well and stick to their standard routine. I'm a hiker and need my toenails cut super short. They debate with me every time and still don't cut them short enough. - They aren't the most skilled callus removers. Again, I hike, I have rough feet and need a skilled technician to remove my calluses. - They always ask (awkwardly) if I can pay in cash. It's off-putting and makes me uncomfortable. Overall, it's a good nail salon, but it could use improvement. For now I will keep looking for the perfect fit which means I will be trying out a couple of the other salons in Sellwood.

I came here for a pedicure. It's been so long since I've gotten one and I was really excited!…read more I had an appointment on a Sunday afternoon and when I came they had me choose my color and take a seat. They were fairly busy at the time. They got to me really quick and I got a deluxe pedi. It was SO nice and relaxing. The aesthetician was very nice. My toes look great too! I would absolutely visit again (and will be soon!)

I walked in and i was immediately greeted and attended to. The woman did a fine job on my pedicure…read more(other places include scrub this one does not for standard). When it was time for my manicure I was rushed over to the manicure station having to walk barefoot on the dirty floor. The manicure was fine (no soaking of nails). She asked for money before finishing up and then an issue arose with the money I gave them and it ended up being a disaster. I spent 45 minutes going over how much I paid verses what they thought I owed- regardless it was a waste of time, I felt like a thief, the woman kept insisting I never gave her money I thought I did- regardless no one could be proven right or wrong - but what I didn't care for was her disregard for letting my nails dry properly before hounding me for money she thought she was owed- it was really rude even when I told her when I'm done drying I'd work it all out. She was more concerned about her money than her service. I won't be going back here again based on customer service issues- sad because I was willing to give a new place a shot. Plus when I got home my foot started itching and now I seem to have a rash going on.
