Because the process seemed to take a while, the line remained long throughout the event, and some children did not get the opportunity to have their faces painted before she left. Another thing that stood out was that she didn't say goodbye or let us know she was leaving; she seemed to quietly pack up and leave, which felt a little unprofessional. On a positive note, I did observe her interacting with the children, and she was very kind, patient, and friendly with them. The kids appeared comfortable around her, and I appreciated the warm way she spoke to them. The transaction went through, my credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. On their website they said the earliest pick up time was 10:30a. I wrote a note saying I will pick up the order at 11:30a. The next day I drove to the florist shop and arrived at the hotel only to find that they had cancelled my order and had notified me via email two hours before my pick up time. The florist said they were booked with a wedding and were unable to fulfill my order. I was unable to find an alternative with such short notice and showed up to my event empty handed. UPDATE: it has been 13 days since I placed my order with this company and have yet to receive my refund. When I tried to call the phone number provided, it's a Google voice number that no one picks up. I sent two emails and there has been zero communication. This company stole $500 from me.
