Had Darrin out to quote the job and they had the repair done very quickly. 5 years later discovered a leak in another area. Decided to move forward with a reroof instead of repair as roof was 26 years old. They could not have made the process any easier. They handled everything with the HOA and township for permits. Did the job quickly which was great, as I see so many new roofs sitting for weeks or months with no tile on the roof. Not with AASTRO, as soon as the tile order was scheduled to come in, they scheduled the start of the job and they were done with the entire job in a couple of weeks, start to finish including final township inspection. Underlayment was on but not the tile. Then came Milton. Thankfully we had mild wind and little rain with hurricane Milton. This week the tile will be delivered and finally the roof can be finished. It's been a long ordeal but I'm confident in Tiger Team. Hopefully the new roof will last for a very long time.

It has been over 2 months almost 3 and they haven't completed the job. I'm not sure if they even got a permit to do the job. I would request the work be completed, and a partial refund for the work completed due to the complete lack of communication and continuous delay of the completed work.
