I guess we missed that in the contract so beware. 10 year warranty VOID. We had cracked tiles replaced both by Allied one time, and another vendor once they were slow to respond and were more expensive. Yet another gotcha on warranty, so again in order to get the 10 year warranty you need to take pre and post pics prior to yearly cleaning and only use them or get their approval for a simple task like replacing cracked tiles, not roof repairs, but simple tile replacement. All along there was little interest in understanding or addressing the leak, Fix the Blame not the problem. They are indeed correct, I missed the gotchas on the contract, yet the lack of concern for a customer with an aggressive leak who never had a claim until week 51 of year 9 on a 10 year warranty is a concern. They did offer a quote for the repairs, NO site visit they were offering a quote based on 2 pics we sent them, I chose to pass, I advise all to do the same. If they truly believed the leak was from broken tiles they would not offer a quote from pics. They know the valley where garage and roof join is vulnerable, hence the 10 WARRANTY.

Nicole patiently went through my tile options, sending me samples to see. The office is very personable and they work well together. I also was impressed by their contract, things like being able to transfer the warranty without a fee and how long their warranty lasts, including labor. I'm very happy I went with Aastro roofing to replace my roof, is very modern and has lots of curb appeal.

We had our roof repaired 5 years ago by Aastro after we discovered a leak shortly after we purchased our home. Had Darrin out to quote the job and they had the repair done very quickly. 5 years later discovered a leak in another area. Decided to move forward with a reroof instead of repair as roof was 26 years old. They could not have made the process any easier. They handled everything with the HOA and township for permits. Did the job quickly which was great, as I see so many new roofs sitting for weeks or months with no tile on the roof. Not with AASTRO, as soon as the tile order was scheduled to come in, they scheduled the start of the job and they were done with the entire job in a couple of weeks, start to finish including final township inspection. Was even surprised Darrin who quoted the reroof, set up a time to come by and just make sure we were happy in person. The couple little things we had which were super minor, they were happy to take care of and did within a couple days. You are in good hands with this company from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks to all the staff at Aastro!

I don't like writing negative reviews, but my frustration with this company has reached its limit…read more I signed a contract with this company on April 3, 2026, to install impact-resistant windows in the small patio of my condominium apartment. As of today, August 11, 2026, the project still has not been completed, and I have received nothing but excuses and conflicting explanations. According to what the company confirmed when I called their office, the materials have been sitting in their warehouse since the first week of July. Now, I'm being told that the delay is due to a permit issue. I personally contacted and visited the City of Tamarac to try to understand what is happening. The information I received was consistent: the company had not properly processed the required documents. At this point, I no longer have confidence in this company or in their ability to complete the work as promised. I want to cancel the contract, but I'm being told that I cannot simply do so. I find it extremely frustrating that I am expected to remain tied to a contract with a company that has failed to deliver what was promised. I will be seeking guidance on what options I have to resolve this situation and, if possible, terminate the contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. This has been a tremendous disappointment and an extremely frustrating experience.
