Currently my high end condo in Fort Lauderdale is undergoing a massive concrete restoration and…read moreupdate for the building (including painting the entire building white, welcome upgrade). As part of the process most of the terraces that had natural stone had to have their tiles removed. These terraces are massive. Mine is 554 sq ft but many are over 1,100 sq ft. At the recommendation of the owner of the tile store, Bedrosian's, a few of us have hired VZ Crew to lay the new tiles. Even though they are general contractors they took this job incredibly seriously. From day one they have been a true partner and have been seriously patient with this process which has been delayed a few times because of issues with the condos approval process. VZ is a family owned and operated business and I have mainly dealt with Janeth (office manager) and Richard (crew foreman), who happen to be brother and sister. Bottom line is that the terrace looks amazing (see photo), the job was done on budget and they finished a day early. They coordinated picking up the tiles and materials and delivering them up to the apt which was no easy task. I can't say enough good things about them. Having worked with a lot of different contractors these guys are one of the best.

Afterward he used some of the leftover materials and built us an outdoor bar. We feel fortunate to have met Carlos and the crew. He's a great person, honest, hardworking and never full of BS or drama.
