They are a small company, and can get overworked, or go on vacations, etc. Seems the staffing depth may not be too deep is all. Our luck has been good, but I can imagine the reverse.

I explained what I needed she said she was going to transfer to service and then hung up. I called back and a very grumpy guy answered who seemed annoyed I called in. I explained the issue, he just seemed like I was waiting his time I asked if this wasn't a job he wanted since he seemed annoyed he said he didn't really want to do the work. We hung up! The machine is old but the repair cost was reasonable and with assurances from Zeke that he didn't see any other problems we went ahead and booked the repair. When the work was done, less than a half hour later (using no parts, only a screwdriver), he said the cost would be $648. Technician did not provide a receipt. Technician was cocky and the service manager offered no discount for the miscommunication (or intentional deceit). Avoid this company.
