Well, I was checking online what should include a comprehensive check up of a leak inside a refrigerator (since they charged $180.00 for a service call and over $400.00 to complete the work). This technician only check the air around the refrigerator door (put a door gadget in 15 minutes thinking that that was going to solve the problem, which it did not. He checked the panel inside the freezer which according to him was normal. He tightened some screws at the bottom of the refrigerator. See, he did not move the refrigerator to make tests in the back of the refrigerator. I am sure that there are a lot of cables and stuff in the back of the refrigerator but, no that was not done. Last time the technician told me to push the door of the refrigerator to make sure that it is sealed. I do not have to push anything: that should be resolved without me pushing anything unless the repair is mediocre. What type of repair is that that I have to push to make sure that is properly sealed everytime I open the refrigerator. Let me tell you something; this business should be investigated by a government agency, interviewing past customers specially the ones that have spilled their guts here in YELP.
