I had a very unprofessional and frustrating experience with this tax service. Jason agreed to set up an appointment with me, and I went through every step they asked for--signing up through the TaxDome app, filling out forms, and providing all of my personal and dependent information. At first, they were very responsive, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. But on the day of my appointment, Jason suddenly canceled and told me they could no longer provide a service to me. After I had already provided sensitive information, they said they would delete everything. The whole situation felt extremely unsettling. To make things worse, I tried calling multiple times after receiving the cancellation message, and they didn't answer or return a single call. That lack of communication only made the situation feel even more suspicious. Don't be fooled by the 5‑star reviews.
