I just got my tax returns completed through Prestige business solutions. Overall a good experience, but I wish they could address a couple of things. the good: - seems like John is knowledgeable in tax matters - staff was very courteous and nice - tax return was completed on time without any issues things to improve: - there was some confusion about email address for this institution among the employees. I wanted to send some of my 1099's via email and they gave me incorrect address twice. I am worried that my confidential 1099 documents landed in someone's hands who could misuse them - there was also confusion about the fees. I was told that I will be charged certain fee, but when I got the invoice, the fee on that was almost twice of what was promised. When I challenged this, they did adjust the price close to what I was given, but even then it was not exactly the same price that I was quoted upfront Overall good, but suggest that you also do you own due diligence and receive a price quote upfront (a solid quote vs. a range because otherwise they will just default to the high end of the range) read more
