I am a new patient and my first visit was very pleasant…read more The staff are all extremely friendly, and the business prioritizes explaining things to the patients in terms that they can understand. The hygienist asked me many times what my concerns were, and made sure to address them/ reassure me. I ended up having to get a filling and the team made it quick and painless (literally) The business has updated technological and medical equipment, and the staff are very transparent about costs before providing care!

My family started going to this dentist about 2 yrs ago, we never had any complaints until…read morerecently. My husband took our ten year old for a tooth that was concerning to us. The dentist examined and said they were going to consult an endodontist and they would call us about results. Weeks go by and nothing. I called twice no one ever answered and I left messages- no one returned my calls. Today I went to the office and I told the receptionist what was going on, it was pretty obvious they messed up by not even attempting to call us- it had been a month! The receptionist went to the back of the office got a sticky note showing someone had talked to an endodontist then she wrote down two names for referral. This dentist office has lost our business for good! They couldn't even be bothered to pick up a phone or even have the dentist talk to me in person once I came to the office.

Absolutely horrible. I have had good experiences in the past, but today was beyond horrible, and…read morethe young lady kept putting stuff in front of me to sign. She said I wouldn't owe anything, and then upon leaving I am told I owe $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done. This place is obviously a FOR PROFIT business ahead of actually taking care of customers. Based on how horribly I was treated today I would not recommend anyone coming here. Things have changed here, and this is by far the most expensive Dentistry place around. Everywhere else is much cheaper. You can't just lie to people in order to fraudulently obtain money from them. They made me feel so devalued today. I truly wish I had words for how horrible it was. I have been sending friends and family here for years, but now will probably be calling all them, and suggest they switch too. They need to do better with how they treat people, and also don't lie to people. May 6th followup: After speaking to Sara/Sarah today she was acting like she wanted to help. Just like how Luke Baumgartner acted like he wanted to help. Yesterday he even wrote me an estimate. Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just Yesterday they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

I had the most amazing experience here…read more The receptionist always greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were friendly. They are transparent with the fees, the cost is reasonable and the quality of service is impeccable. Dr Carter is so friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and made my visits a little less scary. You can tell he's a good person to work for/with by the way he treats his staff. He's so kind to them. Asia, his dental assistant, was the best! She was also really friendly and really knowledgeable.

Even after the second attempt, it never fit comfortably, but I decided to give them another chance because I needed dental work done quickly. I currently have missing teeth and was looking for temporary options while I work toward getting implants. Instead, the dentist insisted that the only solution was to pull all of my remaining teeth and get dentures. When I explained that I am not ready for that, he refused to discuss any other treatment options. I felt pressured, dismissed, and talked down to rather than listened to. Patients should have the right to discuss alternatives and participate in decisions about their own dental care. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ended up walking out. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely disappointed.

One Star - Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience…read more I brought my child to this office hoping for compassionate care, but instead, I was treated with blatant disrespect and discrimination because of my disability. The staff, particularly the dentist, spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I was a problem rather than a parent simply trying to advocate for my child. Rather than offering patience or understanding, I was met with rudeness and judgment. It was clear that my disability was viewed as an inconvenience, and I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. No parent should be made to feel this way--especially not in a place that claims to care for families. Disability is not a burden. It's unacceptable for any medical professional, especially one working with children and families, to behave this way. I do not recommend this office to anyone, especially those in the disabled community. We deserve better.

He is a GREAT periodontist, who exemplifies a distinctive level of knowledge, kindness and, superb medical care! When I visited Dr. Sweiden for my consultation and examination, he was explicit as he explained my treatment options and the specifics of implant surgery. As an added bonus, Dr. Sweiden's staff are all very friendly, helpful and extremely prompt. Everyone made me feel comfortable about the procedure, and all my questions were answered. I was impressed with the warm atmosphere, and the attention you and your staff give your patients. It makes my visits to your office a very pleasant experience. Indeed, your attention to detail in both terms of preparing patients for both pre-operative and post-operative care is beyond reproach. Your written instructions were most precise, and I was well aware of how to properly prepare for my implant surgery, and your post-operative care instructions were extremely comprehensive. As an added bonus, my post-operative care instructions were provided in a gift bag, and I was delighted that my package included limited medical supplies and, as an added bonus, a gourmet soup. It was a welcome gift and a very thoughtful gesture. Certainly, Dr. Caesar Sweidan pays attention to his patients needs. I write this letter with sincere gratitude to thank you for being kind and caring and for taking such good care of me. During my implant procedure, I was completely at ease. St Tammany Periodontics is an ELITE professional organization, and I highly recommend your office to anyone in need of periodontal care. Please know that the biggest reward for a thing well done is to have DONE IT! I am pleased with the outcome of my procedure, and I thank you for being my periodontist! Sincerely, Dennis J. Saucier
