The visit was a regular checkup/cleaning for my 5yo who was very scared, my 9yo, and myself. The hygienist did a great job, great personality and disposition with children. She was very patient and calming with my 5yo who was in tears prior to her turn and by the end - smiling and calm and completely comfortable. They both took the time to explain and discuss everything they were doing and observing. Also gave sound advice and explained the rationale, answered all questions without seeming rushed. It was a very good experience compared to our last dental visit (not in this area), where it was impersonal and brief and run through like cattle. Very pleased with this office. Would definitely recommend.
