It only took one visit for me to know this was not the place for me or my child. In my opinion they are more concerned with appearing to be a great place for children than they are actually focused on our children's care. It's all about the Bippo character, getting permission to take pictures to post on social media, giving the kids a gift after the visit, and things of this nature. Now, if you're thinking, well, this all seems like things that would help the child be comfortable, and want to return to the dentist. That would be a good assumption if the actual dental work area wasn't set up so badly. It's basically an open space. This means that they can see, hear, even smell all the other dental work going on, and that's insanely overstimulating to children. More specifically to our experience. After the dentist took a look at my son we were taken to a room to discuss further treatment. My son had some bad cavities, and I was told he would need to be given sedation, but not put completely out, and that he would be fastened to the chair, oh and that I could not be present for this. I left this place feeling helpless, crying, and not understanding how this could be the way to help my son. After I calmed down I looked around for other pediatric dentists, and found the care that he needed, and that I felt comfortable with. I hope other people have a good experience here, but I would never personally recommend this office to anyone I know. read more

Man this place sucks. Wanting to put a 3 year old under with restraints, without parents in the room for three "cavities" is wild and uncomfortable. After getting second opinion, new dentist says two of them have the potential to become cavities but are not yet and the third was none existent. New dentist gave treatment without having to borderline scar my child for life. Soooo they wanted to do all that to my 3 year old for what? Not a dang thing besides money... because the quote was $1200 after what my insurance covered...come on now that's absurd and disappointing. And don't get me started how rude they were when asking for the X-rays. Sorry for the long review, but this place is a disappointment to humanity. Wouldn't recommend to even go park in their parking lot their so bad. Maybe to use their bathroom because that is all they are good for. read more

the dentist was good, but DONT BRING YOUR KIDS IN THE PLAY AREA BC IT IS NOT CLEAN AND THEY DONT SANITIZE IT!!! My entire family got sick and so did my friends family. we went together. our kids have ear infections and pinkeye! Not worth bringing your kids to play for several Urgent Care/ doctor visits. This was the worst experience ever. My daughter was so scared and wouldn't allow any of them to come near her so they grabbed her and held her down and I just felt so bad after the whole thing. They didn't even try to make her feel comfortable at all. Then they tell me they will have to put her on a stabilizer bed and strap her down. NOPE NOT HAPPENING. We will NOT be back. When at doctors or dentists, I encourage my kids to ask questions about what doctors are doing during exams and check-ups. And this place has completely lost all trust from me as a parent. One of my younger kids, who had recently chipped a tooth, was curious about things going on during the re-filling process and asked the doctor if she would be using any needles (he couldn't see anything going on due to the oxygen mask blocking his view). She then said no directly to his face, and proceeded to inject some of the anesthesia directly into his lip (I should mention my child has an intense fear of needles). I dislike overruling doctors because I know majority of them are trying to assist, however this lady deliberately lied about the stuff she is doing to his lip after swearing to explain everything that she would be doing. This is not the first time a lying incident has happened with me family here. Do not recommend!!! read more

My son is 2 years old and had a cleaning today at this location. With this being only his second time ever going to the dentist, he was crying and scared. nobody even tried making feel more comfortable before putting their hands in his mouth. The dentist and the nurse assisting her then proceeded to tell my son to 'shut up because he would scare the other children' they then forced his head still by holding his head between the dentists thighs. as i left, my son was completely inconsolable, i then asked to speak to management and the assisting nurse said 'what a way to start the morning' I'm completely disgusted and corporate will hear about this. read more

We love it here. They have been wonderful to both of my children who love going there. I really don't understand how anyone has given them a bad review. They have been fantastic. My kids actually enjoy going there. read more

I just cancelled both my son's and boyfriends son's next appointments here. After much thought and contemplation I decided that we will not be returning. My gut had been telling me this the first couple times here, but it took the third visit to finally give into my initial thoughts. Every time we come to Bippos my son (3 yo) gets upset once in the back, seeing all of the machines & scary adults with masks on. Like any child might, he gets upset and works himself up. At Bippos, your child is not allowed to cry. If your child gets upset or starts crying, you will be placed in the "back room"...for the purposes of this room we will call it THE DUNGEON, because not only is my son scared, mommy is scared too. The back room is essentially a storage closet stuffed with vintage dentist equipment. This room is secluded from all the other OPEN rooms and is literally all the way in the back. The other children won't be able to hear my son's cries, but it will also take an extra 50 minutes of waiting in this dank, sweltering room for the doctor to come back to FINALLY see us, at which point they will literally hold my screaming child down just to count his teeth. -_- This has made me cry and be very uncomfortable, let alone my screaming toddler who is most assuredly now traumatized from the experience. For the 8 yo the experience was not quite as dramatic, and he does just fine. Although it is kind of weird and squirm-inducing to sit there while they lie to the child about literally everything, even the shot they give them for numbing. Meh...go to Bippos if you're scared for your child to know the truth, or if you enjoy a nice, relaxing dungeon experience! read more
