I asked a million questions, asked her opinion several times after I thought I'd settled on D ONE. She had to check the storeroom clerk one thousand times for my *size all's and start over hoof* all while seeing to other customers and not once did she seem tired or annoyed with us. She's one of those people that "bloom where they're planted" and Bri blooms so well. She even got me a discount of more than half off the price I thought I was paying! You know the discount Goddess in me was celebrating and doing and inside DRIFT dance right! I'll be recommending this branch and Bri to everyone that needs new kicks and will be back whenever I need more myself. Bri is DA BEST! 5 star general! The End.

I was given two half-zippered sweaters as a gift, Nice looking sweaters but the wrong size. I went to Portabella store to exchange for the same items or similar in the proper size. Since these were gifts I didn't have the original receipt, The giver lives in a different state so no way for me to get the receipt. I expected they could be discounted by now and expected to be credited only for the discount price so I was prepared to pay any differences in price. The salesperson in the Portabella Paramus store told me that I cannot exchange without a receipt. Mind you that these sweaters had all the appropriate Portabella tags. I advised her that these are gifts so I am not able to get the receipts, that I only want to exchange for a different size or item and was prepared to pay the difference in rice. The salesperson said there was nothing that she can do for me! After about 5 minutes of back-forth I realize I'm not going to get anywhere with this so I left the store. I wanted to leave the sweaters in the store as a point of protest but decided that I will just donate them. Terrible customer service Portabella; I will never shop in your stores!

Anyway im having a foot issue so its tricky. The owner was intent on selling me something no matter what. He even discount my boots from $125 to $80. Florsheim (oddly) so i took them after a walk around. The next day i wore them for a car ride to my niece's sons communion at their home. Took them off and changed literally five minutes later. No wear. They were rude and dismissive. I didnt expect a return but their sign says store credit. Aside from these boots it looks like all knock off low quality crap. Lesson learned No return

The manager who cashed my item worked fast and was friendly. There was a 60% off sale. Got 2 pairs of jeans for $40. Cons: 1) There was another person working the register along with the manager and she was incredibly slow. I hope this was just a one time thing since it's the holiday season. Maybe she was tired. 2) Not much variety for tall folks in the store.

On the norm the line is long with only two cashiers so why would a store pick up change that. Well IT DIDN'T. I came to pick up my son's uniform pants for school the next day. When I entered the store (3) people were cashing out at the store pick up area so I had to wait and (4) other people were waiting on the line to be cashed out. By the time the cashier requested the scanner to look up my order all the customers on the line were gone. 15 mins later I'm still at the register and there is no scanner insight. I decided to go to the back and see where the scanner was and the so called manager was holding it in one hand and chatting away with coworkers. What in the world is wrong with this picture? I'm waiting for you and you here chatting with people you see every day! DONE! I asked her if she understood what being a manager is? before she could answer I walked away because I was liable to cuss her stink. I left the store pissed and praying GOD would take the wheel. The lack of respect and courtesy for customers is obvious. Every time I come to this location the line is long and there are only (2) cashiers and employees in the back chatting it up. I've contacted the corporate office and asked if the poor service in the store is due to it being a predominately black community? , lack of customer service training? the ceiling leaking more than water on the sales floor? or is it that they hire employees via inney minney miney moe? Please tell me! I'm done with this location and this can't happen to me again. My next email will be to the Better Business Bureau.
