She stated the job was filled and would keep me in mind for other positions. I would have had to come a 4th and 5th time if I didn't insist that I finish the procedure over the phone. Every time I call to report something else they did wrong, they tell me they'll call me back, and they never do. I've even called them back to tell them they forgot to call me back, and what was their reply?: "We'll call you right back." (They never did.) I have yet to receive a paycheck I earned 5 weeks ago. After countless unreturned calls and unanswered questions, they finally told me they could put a stop payment on the first check and send me a new one. Outraged, I demanded they deposit it electronically into my bank account. They said they'd call me back, and they did... 2 days later. They told me they have sent it to my account. This was yesterday, and I have still yet to receive any money from them. And it is Friday, so I will have to wait until Monday for them to mess up and tell me they'll call me right back again. This can't be legal. Avoid at all costs.

They emphasize following their process without explanation, just that it's the required next step. I initially followed as required, but then it just felt like they were not listening to my questions for clarity, just reiterating their steps. It just felt like they didn't give me credibility, just discomfort. :(

That you included things such as my elderly grandparents entering, Juan saying "you're beautiful" at the conclusion of the ceremony, the family interviews towards the end, and the shots of us walking and kissing at the end is so wonderful. And the ceremony itself is perfect! What our officiant said at our ceremony was exactly what was said at my parents' wedding (which we have an old video of as well), so for us to have this video forever to share with our children someday means a lot to us.

HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. From the moment I reached out for assistance, the customer service was lacking. My inquiries went unanswered for days, and when I finally received a response, it was unhelpful and dismissive. I encountered issues with my order that should have been resolved quickly, but instead, I was met with long wait times and a lack of accountability. It felt like no one cared about my concerns or was willing to help. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service here. If you value support and responsiveness, I suggest looking elsewhere. This experience has left me questioning whether I will return as a customer.
