I'm only giving the customer service rep MeKia a 5 star! She was exceptional with her patience and…read moretone through my entire call. She went beyond her duties to help me . I am very grateful for her picking up my call. Thank you! As for the location , it's rough just to go into the place can be challenging because you have to get pass the metal detectors and it is jammed pack(wall to wall on most days) and not enough workers which can make them irritable toward you. You really have to put your mind in a spiritual place before entering..... The call center is always experiencing a " high volume " of callers and if you get through,be prepared to wait more than 30 min before a rep is on the phone.

You said you have been in customer service for over 20 years and every customer appreciates the way you explain things and they have a great customer experience with you, well I wish that was what I experienced with you today instead I got a rude, argumentative customer representative with an attitude all because I asked a simple question I'm not sure if he didn't like what I said or whatever I said made him snap on me because after my question our conversation took a left turn and he got very rude and mean with me. I cannot believe the way he was behaving on the phone with me this way I asked to be transferred to another customer service representative. I understand the customer service representatives have a lot on their plate right now but you still need to speak to people with respect and kindness. The last thing I will say is- MS. Flores, if you choose to address yourself as a MS. when your voice sounds like a MAN you cannot get mad when people mistake your gender especially if you aren't going to speak loud enough or clear enough for people to understand what you are saying as I did not hear you call yourself MS until you pointed it out to me after I called you MR, not everyone will like or agree with your choice but it's up to YOU to keep your cool and stay professional at all times. You are getting paid to do a JOB and should be able to do so without your personal issues getting in the way. If someone from could reach out to me I would really like to speak with a customer service manager about this horrible customer experience. Thank you!

People start making a line before the doors open, so be ready. A guy does come out with a clipboard and ask you if you have an appointment, if you don't then you can scan the code they have outside. I was able to go in, I was in line waiting for my turn. Once it was my turn a lady helped me and she did not look happy. I get we all have our days, but this is your job, and customer service is important. I recently moved to the AV and I've encountered so many rude people at different businesses. I walked to the window and I said hi! She was very serious, she looked mad and was very rude. Mind me, everyone who goes here is paying for these services and it would be nice to get treated with respect.

The webpage on my phone was working very slow and the website is not intuitive at all. I asked security for help and though he helped me, he had an annoyed undertone; um okay. I finally get inside and the lady at window 4 looked so unhappy and unpleasant. Not so much as a Hi or asked what I needed. I let her know I needed my marriage certificate and showed her the confirmation on my phone (it had a barcode and assumed she needed to see it?) She was like, "I don't need your phone" - and I'm thinking to myself, had she greeted me and asked me what I needed FIRST then maybe that would have helped? lol What's with the rudeness and attitude? Overall bad customer service here - security guard and clerk lady clearly hate their jobs. Quit your jobs people if you're miserable, it's that easy!

California Code of Civil Procedure - CCP § 430.41…read more In California, before filing a demurrer, the demurring party must "meet and confer" with the party who filed the challenged pleading. This involves a discussion, either in person or by phone, to attempt to resolve the issue without court intervention. The meet and confer must occur at least five days before the responsive pleading is due. The defendant's attorney lied and said she tried to reach me by phone! The demurrer automatically gave her 30 days more to file her answer to my complaint. I checked my cell phone records for a call from that attorney, and there was no record of a call. I called the attorney and asked her to send me her phone record. She sent me her phone record, and the call was only 4 seconds long! She dialed my number and hung up immediately. She didn't have her answer ready so she lied in order to get 30 more days to respond. She committed perjury, and I charged her with perjury in my complaint! The clerk at the Antelope valley courthouse accidentally filed the limited case at their courthouse. Michael Antonvich in Antelope valley does not handle limited court cases, so the case was transferred to the Spring Street courthouse in Los Angeles. The commissioner that heard the case was not interested in the fact that the attorney committed perjury! My case was against a government agency. When big money government agencies are involved, the lying crooked judges and commissioners will take bribes! I am sure most people have watched Judge Mathis. He has thrown out many cases for perjury! In fact, under this civil code perjury is mentioned!

I came to visit friends that weren't going to trial so I can say - listen, if you have to go to this courthouse... you have no idea what a hassle it is to go to other courthouses in LA County. This one at least has parking, friendly and helpful staff and a very new, clean facility. I also felt safe there. It's hot as hades there but... that really isn't the courthouse's fault. You're in the high dessert. Bring sunscreen. I got a tan just driving there.

They are patient and courteous, and they put up with a bunch of bullshit from some stupid asswholes. Some members of the public need to shut the fuck up. Anyhow I got my paperwork, my reports, etc. Similar paperwork in Kern county is quite a bit cheaper though. They seem like a squared away bunch of workers. EDIT: An explanation of why my comment above came about. While I was there either at the counter or waiting our turn, two separate people, (people who came into this place because they needed help) were cursing at the officer and calling them the devil. I don't see how someone can come into someone else's "house" seeking help and then be such an asswhole to the very people who are trying to and are tasked with helping them. At the time and place that a visit takes place here, this is not the cop who has pulled you over and is about to ruin your day. Give these guys a break!

Taking reports is the bare minimum, and this department can't even do that consistently. It's clear the problem isn't the public--it's how the department is run. Stop being overly selective in hiring and start getting people in the door who can at least handle reports and basic calls. Not every situation requires a sworn deputy. Hire civilian staff, train them, and let deputies focus on actual crime. Right now, it feels like resources are mismanaged and the community is left without support when it's needed most. If you can't respond to basic calls or take reports, then what exactly is the service being provided?

It's unfortunate that I have to visit my father in prison. This is the second facility I have…read morevisited him at, and this one looks and feels like an exact copy of the Pleasant Valley State Prison. I'm not too familiar with the prisons of California, but if they are all like this, the process for visiting inmates should be a fairly painless one. Only people visiting inmates are allowed on the property, meaning that you can't have anyone waiting in a car in the parking lot. Also, they do have a dress code, but the most important thing to remember is to not wear denim. They check your I.D. on the way in, as well as on the way out. They are strict about this rule, but they are gentle in enforcing it. Located in the parking lot is a bungalow for the Friends Outside company. This is a place where you can leave your personal belongings that are not allowed on the prison grounds, including your phone and wallet, and they will also provide you with clothing if the ones you're wearing don't meet the visiting criteria. The woman I talked to in the bungalow is very sweet, and it's clear they are very empathetic towards the people who visit them. The guards in the visitor are very friendly. They were very helpful, and amazingly keep their cool when faced with upset visitors. The process goes by very quick if you have an appointment. If you don't, you could be waiting there for hours. Only dollar bills are allowed in the visiting area, and I had to learn this the hard way, seeing as I only had a five-dollar bill on me. They have a change machine that doesn't work, and apparently hasn't worked in a long while. After walking through the gate and onto the prison grounds, a guard noticed that I was lost, and very happily showed me the way to the visiting area. The visiting area was packed on this specific day. Prisoners work to clean up the area, the tables, and to make sure people are comfortable. They have vending machines lining one wall, and a photo area in the corner of the room. The guard at the front was nice, not only to the visitors, but to the inmates as well. When it comes time to leave, they give you a few more moments to say goodbye, instead of ending the visit abruptly. This prison understands the basic human needs of everyone involved, and the people who run it are doing what they can to make sure those needs are being met in the best way possible.
