However, with the "new normal" I had to find an alternative. After not hearing back from the CA DMV for several weeks after they took my payment by mail, I still hadn't received my tags. I couldn't drive my car for 3 months out of fear of receiving a ticket. I can't afford a ticket during a time like this. I didn't know what to do other than join AAA. I just needed duplicate tags since the DMV never mailed mine or got lost. I'm still not sure. I found Xclusive and called immediately!!! They were very friendly and helpful. I explained my debacle and was assured they could help. I went to get my tags the next day!!! I'm back on the road again! I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I'm never going to the DMV again!!!!
