Always on time . I mean always. Extremely professional transported multiple classic cars. Only company I would use to transport my vehicles.

These guys did an awesome job transporting my car from Los Angeles to Jacksonville, FL in the time they promised and for about $700. Although it's not encouraged, we were able to fill my trunk full of a few things that I didn't feel like paying to ship. Double bonus! My car arrived in Florida with no problems with the items that went with it perfectly intact. Excellent service at a great price. Please don't forget to tip your driver. :) read more

Thus guy arrived in just about 10 minutes and towed my car home with no problems. The nest thing is he delivered it oarked in my driveway just looked like mothing was wrong! Highly recommended. read more

Today my techs truck broke down in the middle of a busy street. I called Empire Towing and dealt with Jonathan. Without going into a very long story; I will just say that ultimately I did not use Jonathan due to the police showing up and having a tow truck dispatched before he could get there. However, I did call Jonathan several (about 4-5 times) to ask some questions. Each time he was very helpful, kind & patient. I'm sure had I used his towing service, based on his attitude, he would have done a wonderful job. Thanks, Jonathan! read more

Outstanding service! Very fair prices and great communication from the owner. I had my car towed toady and Empire really exceeded my expectations. I contacted three other towing companies and did not get a response/quote until several hours later. Empire answered quickly, sent a quote right away and showed up on time (with notifications throughout the drive). I would highly recommend Empire Towing! Reliable, friendly, great communication and fair prices! read more

Jonathan from Empire was amazing! I live in OC but my sister lives in Riverside and her car died. I was able to get a quote and book a time for next day service, which was awesome. He then was very communicative about getting to the house, getting the car, and dropping it off at the shop, he even sent me a picture when he dropped it off! Since I am far and she was at work he really made it easy to handle. I was even able to mobile pay him!! His rate was great, he was very friendly and I am glad I used this service (: read more

Empire Towing is above the rest. Jonathan is straight up the best. I've had nothing but crappy tow truck companies in the past and I have finally found my only go to company. Kept good communication, was friendly not like the others that don't care about you or your vehicle just want to get done with you and snatch your money. Empire Towing read more

Jonathan from Empire was great. I messaged him on Yelp and he got back to me in a timely matter. Within a few messages we had set up my towing arrangement for a tow from Riverside to Chino for some vehicle repairs. He was on time the morning of the scheduled tow. Flat rate towing! The driver was very courteous, Professional, and prompt. The guy really knew his job, treated my cheap car as if it were brand new. Absolutely all that I could want with a tow service. I will admit, I did not check prices, but for me, it was affordable. I just needed someone who could be on time, and use proper precautions in loading/handling the car, and they hit a home run on both! Highly recommend! read more

My SUV stranded me and my family almost in the middle of nowhere, 80 miles from home. I was lucky enough to have 1 bar of service and googled tow trucks and came across Empire Towing with the best reviews and highest rating and let me tell you, there's a reason they are #1! Jonathon gave me the best price out of everyone else that I called, and his customer service was amazing! Jonathan showed up within an hour of me calling (probably in the nicest and cleanest tow truck I've ever seen), loaded my SUV and drove me all the way home. It's blatantly obvious this business owner care about his business and his clients. While it seems all the other tow services in the area are out to capitalize on someone's bad luck, Jonathan and Empire Towing make it clear right away that isn't the case with him. Nobody likes to fork out a ton of money to tow a car, but I cannot express my level of gratitude for finding Empire Towing and Jonathon. He saved my butt, less than 24 hours before the July 4 celebrations! Thank you again Jonathon and Empire Towing! read more

My car over heated in the scorching heat, googled tow companies in Riverside and came a cross Empire Towing. Their prices were very reasonable for towing my car to the mechanics, which I was afraid to pay a lot more on top of getting my car fixed. On top of that I didn't have to wait long in the heat! I recommend Empire Towing for their affordable prices, fast and professional services!! read more
