I needed a tow for my Infiniti G35 after running over a piece of rebar the night before. I had an appointment scheduled the next day with my mechanic so I needed to get my car there the next day early morning. I reached out to Empire towing seeing the good reviews and they responded back within 5 minutes. He quoted me a good price and I asked if he was available the next morning since I had to be at the mechanics at a certain time and he stated he would. After confirming appointment at 7pm. He would have had to be at my house at 7am the next day. So the fact Empire was able to schedule me with no more than 12 hrs in advance I was amazed already. When Empire showed up at my house, they were very careful since my car was a bit lowered and he took his time hooking up. With no cons of this service I rate a 5/5 especially since it was raining during the time of hookup and drive to mechanics which was an hour away.
