This is my second season with Empire Spray Service. I guess I have been lucky to previously have had no weed issues in my flower beds. There was a bit last year and this year there were several areas where weeds have popped up and thrived. I asked Jared to come back and spray those areas. I had recent back surgery so getting on the ground was out of the question. He kept promising to come and when he finally did, NOTHING changed. He had told me not to pull them, that the spray would take care of it but it didn't do a darn thing.
Then, I saw suspicious plants in a bed outside my fence and learned it was St. John's Wart, a noxious weed that spreads and is hearty. He said he was coming to spray, then delayed it and then argued with me about spraying it and wanted me to pull it out by hand which is neither a good idea nor possible for me.
I have called the office multiple times and they have not called me back. I guess they aren't going to service me anymore? I have been completely polite so find this mystifying. They have left me in the lurch right in the middle of the season. Thanks for the extra stress Empire Spray Service. I would be unable to ever recommend anyone use you. read more
