Extremely knowledgeable team. Fast and reasonable! Would use them for any plumbing needs in the future as well.

Thank you Parker/Mr. Rooter Plumbing for coming out the same day, *after a call late into the…read moremorning, to look at my water heater and give me back hot water (it just needed to have the pilot light relit**, which took Parker less than 1 minute to do). Because of my entire experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing, mainly with Parker's ability to operate with and make a decision using integrity and care (especially considering the final charge), I have now discovered my favorite plumber*. Parker made a decision that put them at the top as the first plumber to call, instead of at the bottom (if at all even) of any future list of plumbers to call. I have lived in the area since June 2017, in a 1970 mobile home, that is always in need of repairs. Since I'm low income and alone, I try to fix what I can myself; but this time, with my water heater being gas, I was worried about trying to figure out what was wrong on my own... **but the pilot light was one of the options I discovered, I just couldn't figure out how to see if it was lit or not; and how to relight it, if it was out. Since my time in the area and my mobile home, I have called and used a number of different plumbers; my experiences have not been so great with the calls and or service and or the charges; so there are many that I will never call again (or refer to others... but the opposite). However, my last actual service experience, before Mr. Rooter, was a great experience, that I claimed (at that time) was going to be my #1 plumber to call from that point on ... well, that plumber turned out to be just another one to add to my "do not call" list of plumbers, *due to their failure to reply back to me at all: I sent them an email the night before, and I did not hear from them that next morning, so I called early morning, left a message; then I called them back a bit later and asked if they got my email and message... person answered phone saying she was heading to a meeting and will call me back; she never did; I called her back a couple hours later and then I was told they could not come out until the 5th (thanks for letting me know right away so I could start calling around early to get someone else out!). I am discouraged with myself for never calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing before because I associated them with Roto Rooter from my past, and that was very wrong of me. I'm 63, and this was in Michigan ... I remember Roto Rooter as a drain cleaning or drain back up issues only company.

Mr rooter came out and snaked my sewer line for almost 600 bucks and the floor drain backed up…read moreagain within 10 days. they refused to stand by thier " nieghborly done right " policy which states on thier website that drains are gauranteed for 30 days. they make you sign off on everything before any work is done so that you basically have no recourse. mr rooter is a total scam. call roto rooter instead. they get the job done right the first time for 200 bucks less. the photos are of what roto rooter pulled out less than 2 weeks after Mr. rooter screwed me. they send out 2 guys for a 1 man job. stay as far away as possible from Mr. rooter and pass it on to everyone you know who is looking for a plumber.
