In addition, Mike and his crew namely - Armando, Martin, Benito (flooring), Juan, Pablo (tile), Steve and Cliff (movers/CPK Trucking) all did a fantastic job. They were efficient, respectful (of us and our property), and thorough. We highly recommend Boulevard Flooring Emporium. They have a great selection of products and their workmanship is guaranteed.

Mike from BFE gave us what he prepared for us when we showed up at the shop, many sample of brands/colors/materials/prices, the choices was unbelievable, he had done his work and that save us lots time. it took a little while to get those materials we ordered, and the shop always call and inform us of the status, so that was nice. When the crew showed up in the morning (about 8:30), they started to removed the old, follow by clean up the floor, then put up the new, I was there from the beginning to the end, it was amazing when it's all done around 3:00pm, they were quick, efficient, and what I was most impress was they pay attention to small details, and that completely changed what I think about contractors (some bad experience from others). I highly recommend BFE for anyone's flooring need, and forget about big chain store such as Home Depot or Lowes, BFE is where you need to go first, you'll be happy, I know we did!!! It's impossible to really descibe it all, so I have posted videos showing the "before" and "after." If you want the A-team, hire Re-Masters. If you want a second-rate job, go hire somebody else.

After I accepted his quote, he came out the very next day to template the area. From day one, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time every morning, communicated clearly throughout the project, and even sent me progress photos every evening before they left so I always knew what had been accomplished. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and about making sure I was happy every step of the way. They kept the work area incredibly clean (which is so rare), and I never felt like I was living in a construction zone. They also went above and beyond by helping with things that weren't really their responsibility, including assisting with installing my bathroom cabinet and helping with the countertop. That level of professionalism and kindness is hard to find. I received several bids before starting this project, and while they weren't the cheapest, they were worth every penny. You may forget the money you saved by hiring the lowest bidder, but you will definitely remember the headache of having to redo bad work. Choosing these guys saved me from that. Even my kids were sad when the project was over because they had gotten so used to seeing them every day! They work fast, communicate well, take pride in what they do, and deliver beautiful results. If you're on the fence, just hire them. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.
