Dan came out the next day to size up the job. He was prompt and very knowledgeable about what Jeff was looking to have done. The patio door was ordered and came in approximately 3 weeks later. Dan and his crew were able to come out to do the job within a couple of days and completed the job in a day and a half just like he promised. They cleaned up and the installation went smoothly. A competitor came out the next day and informed me that I can contact the manufacturer and buy just one 'sash' for around $400 instead of having to replace the whole set of 3. I was also shown that the 4th window simply needed a $5 plastic piece for the balancing system that can be bought and showed me how I can change the part myself in 10 minutes. Be wary as they could have fleeced me for $4,500 instead of the $400 that would be needed to fix all the windows!!!
