Then in the middle of doing porch got letter from home owners insurance needing roof taken care due to moss and chimney. They gave me 1 month! Russ said no problem they will do whatever I need done. During snow, rain and wind they put new metal roof on within that month period. I cannot express the amount of stress Russ and the crew took off my shoulders. I will never have anyone else do work for me but Russ and the crew. I know no one that would ever go to the extent during winter weather that Russ and the crew did for me. I should have left it long ago. I am so sorry to hear of the previous reviewer's experience - which does not reflect mine. My husband and I first contacted Carpet Express in 2005 to assess the possibility of renovating a rental property we had purchased, which needed new flooring. The owner was prompt and professional in assessing our needs. All-in-all, over the last 12 years, we have had ten properties re-floored by Carpet Express - including the installation of carpeting, vinyl sheet flooring, vinyl plank flooring, composite vinyl tile flooring and stone flooring. One of our properties also has natural stone countertops - installed by Carpet Express. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, work ethic, and customer service. Bill, Brandon and Aaron have always treated me with respect, as well as kindness. I have often bickered with Brandon, until he gave me the price I wanted for a piece of carpet. He is a worthy adversary - but, in the end, he is all about keeping the customer. My husband and I hired Carpet Express to install new flooring in the living room, kitchen, dining…read moreroom, entry way and bathroom of our home. At first we were thrilled with the work! After a couple of months we noticed mold was growing around the floor where the pipe to the toilet met the floor. We called Carpet Express and they refused to come out and investigate. Instead told us it was a plumbing problem and told us to hire a plumber, then call them back when the plumber fixed the leak. We hired a plumber who came out and fixed the leak (plumber said whoever reattached the pipe had over tightened the hose causing the leak). We called Carpet Express and they set up an appointment to have an installer come back out to our house to install new flooring in the bathroom. We discovered when they returned to fix the floor that they had never removed the old floor! We called Carpet Express to discuss the bill and no one would call us back. Instead we received a bill of $460 in the mail! My husband and I drove to Carpet Express to discuss the bill. Carpet Express told us their installer told them that he did not remove the toilet! What a LIE! Why would we remove the toilet, especially when they charged us for the removal on our initial bill??? Carpet Express then accused us of not wanting to pay our bill? Strange considering we paid them $4000 for the first bad job they did. All we wanted was for them to fix the poor installation job in the bathroom. They fixed it alright, but said we were liable and charged us for their mistake! I highly recommend if you are looking for new floors you go somewhere else and avoid the headache we've endured!

He had a myriad of excuses, none of which were acceptable or logical. The call ended with him agreeing to personally deliver me a certified check on 7/9/2025, which I have not received. I tried reaching him 5 times on 7/9 by phone, text, email, and website contact. He did not respond to any of those communications. ZERO stars would be the best rating for this scam artist, liar, and cheat. AVOID him at all costs, and if you do need to engage him for service, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. In response to your reply, the ONLY lying going on is in YOUR message. Siwek was here only three times to service the yards, the last date being 5/30. I have security camera footage that confirms that. I tried repeatedly in June to reach you by text using the phone number you had provided as your "personal cell." I even sent you a certified letter, only to discover, when speaking with the postal person in Franklinville, that you don't receive mail at the address listed on your website. However, they assured me that they put a notice in your PO Box in Franklinville. (That letter was returned to me since you had not picked it up at the post office during the required 15-day window.) Then, I discovered that the cell phone number you had given me this spring, with which we had communicated up until May 30, had been disconnected. When we finally spoke on 7/8, you said you had sent an email to your clients telling them to use your business phone. Since you did not have my email address at the time, there would have been no way I could have received that message. All of our communications had been through text and phone calls. I spoke with you face-to-face on 5/30. Why did you not tell me on that day that the phone number was changing? When EXACTLY did you show up and were told by "someone" (who was most definitely not me nor either of my adjacent neighbors) not to cut the grass because there was a "big party"? And WHY did you not contact me immediately to tell me you were instructed not to cut the grass? Lastly, but certainly not least, you committed, during our phone call on July 8, to hand-deliver on 7/9 a refund check in the amount of $ 1,505 to my home (7 Potter Rd). (I have witnesses to that commitment). I made five efforts to contact you on 7/9 to confirm that you were bringing the check as you promised. Why did you not respond to any of those communications? There was someone at our place ALL DAY AND NIGHT, and you did not show up and you did not respond to my calls and texts to your business number, my email, or my web contact. I am still waiting for that refund.
