Quick order by number restaurant. Delivery is speedy. Don't expect anything fancy. Just your typical take out Chinese spot. Ever since Asian gourmet switched owners and heard the food went down hill we've been ordering from here . Always get the order right always all extra sauces I ask for. Really good chicken and broccoli and the dumpling sauce is really good too!! Lo mein is also a favorite from here. Pick up and delivery is quick. Only once have I had to wait 45 minutes but they sounded do busy on the phone. I usually wait 15-20 for the food from hang up on the phone to my door. Never cold always hot. They do have snapple cans of soda and sometimes get a free big bottle of soda with a larger order.

Healthy choice chicken and broccoli with brown rice

As good of Chinese food as there is. It's good, consistent, fairly priced, and fast. Best Chinese food in the area for sure.

Decent Chinese. Nothing special but reliable food. Delivery takes forever, so best to pick up.

Accommodating on special requests (my husband and I always ask for extra sauce on our entrees/combos because they tend to be on the drier side.

We ordered from here for dinner tonight via delivery…read more We usually struggle with that issue of no one wanting to decide what to eat so I was really surprised that GF took our order by the horns and announced right out of the gate that she was craving Chinese food. I had no defense to refuse so I perused the options online. We don't really have a go to place that I can remember and I would love a go to place for Chinese. I looked through some newer choices and cross references the reviews bc as we all know Uber Eats can inflate shit a little. This place has decent reviews so with this, we went off. I ordered some ginger glazed wok something out other with veggies and a choice of protein (I chose tofu obv). Everything came within the recommended timeframe. Mine has a lot of peppers and I think there's zucchini in there and some other shit with TONS of tofu. One last thing: scallion pancakes are so good. The inside was a little soft but the outside the edges were delicious GO KNICKS

I decided to upgrade to the bento box and I'm glad I did. The dumplings were really good, I love the cold crisp salad with the ginger dressing and the chicken was delicious. The California rolls were an added bonus. Sesame chicken was crisp and sweet and perfect. By the way, the pork Ramen was fantastic! Service was really good and everyone was very nice. We really enjoyed it!

This review is based off multiple take-out visits:…read more New Hong Kong Chef II is the place you go if you want cheap Chinese-American food or if you want cheap food period. It's filling, dependable, and there for you at your lowest moments. The quality of the ingredients is not quite farm-to-table, but it isn't why you go here. As a student, this place has bailed me out countless times. Would I recommend it to someone looking for quality? Not really. But if you're broke, hungry, and need something fast, this place is the MVP. Highlights: * Cheap and filling Lowlights: * Everything kind of tastes the same

I'd like to begin by stating that I am not one for reviews but sharing my experience today is…read morenecessary, hopefully you can avoid the waiting for food to be delivered to only receive poor food quality and rude customer service. Simply put, don't even waste your time. My order was very simple (french fries and chicken wings with a ginger ale) and ordered via Uber eats - where I indicated in the notes "please poke holes in the container so that the fries don't get soggy". First thing I noticed when I opened the bag and see the container - no poked holes. Okay, fine. I open the container and what do I find? Burnt food. The fries and the wings were burnt, crispy. Now, I know I have to go through Uber for a refund but I was genuinely curious as to why an food service establishment would think its appropriate to serve burned food. I give them a call and politely, kindly provide my information and ask why they would think it's okay to send off food that has been overcooked and not follow the instructions. Oh! not to mention, the ginger ale was HOT, it was as if it was never refrigerated and taken right out the box. I asked why would they send a hot drink. He got upset and rudely told me he cannot see notes (which isn't true, many of us have used notes when making an order via Uber Eats and restaurants usually comply - but he doesn't for some reason based on a previous review here on google - see for yourself) and that I should take up my issue up with Uber. As if Uber cooked the food. No apologies, no effort to make things right - just pure unprofessionalism, burned food and unrefrigerated soda. Yes, I was able to get a refund for my food but that doesn't take away from the fact that I waited nearly an hour for the food only to be disappointed by both the food and the customer service. Don't even waste your time. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to improve their food quality and customer service if they want to build long-term customer loyalty and a decent reputation. I've included 2 photos. Wishing them the best of luck!
