I would give it a 2 star review, 1 star for each employee working there. Purchased a $19 car wash. The bucket in the beginning that is suppose to have soapy water to touch on front of car windshield side mirror was just dirty water. The end result, major dirt still on front of car, mirrors, hood, rims. I figured let me vacuum and wipe down inside. No towel carts except way over by office. Cleaning solution to clean b inside of car, was water. Asked employee and he said yes, they are watering it down, use to have an orange tint with a clean smell. NOT ANYMORE! After vacuuming (that worked OK, I would give it a 3.5) I used cleaning towels which were very wet and after using "cleaning solution" the car had no clean smell and it looked like I was using a wet dirt towel to wipe. I went to the employee who told me about the solution, and I pulled my car up to him, so he could see the horrible cleaning on outside of car. First thing he said was, I don't need to see, I know, the experience has gone downhill. He said he would let me go through again, same result. I am dumb founded how this place is still in business. I went back to the office for a refund request. The young women working there said there is no management and here is the customer service number. I told her she needs to find a new gig, and she said I've tried to express the concerns I hear, and management said they are going to fix them. I said if it hasn't been fixed, your a smart person, RUN and find a new job. Called the customer service number and received a message of no agents available at this time, please leave a message. I left a message to call me, 2-3 hours ago and still no call. SHOCKING, NOT. I would not recommend wasting your money. There are too many other carwash businesses that at least care and give an average to above average experience.

Brought my parent's car and mine. Service is consistently great. Everyone is friendly, prompt, and helpful. I also really appreciate the two gentlemen that prep the car before it goes into the car wash. I've been to other car wash places that do the prep but it's not done anywhere close to how well this place does it. The car wash options are great and they do a thorough car wash job. The machines they use are of good quality compared to some other places I've been to that do not brush well or even brush my car at all during the wash. It's also clean, organized, and has nice cloths and filled cleaners available to use on your car in the vacuum sections. I also love how they still have a combo deal when you get an oil change. A free car wash comes with it. I highly recommend Duluth Car Wash for the great customer service and care for oil changes and car washes. Support local. The guy at the entrance was helpful and explained the differences between different washes. Although the basic wash is a little costlier than other places, we liked that they had some people manually put car soap before it went through the automated wash. Also, the place has many self-vacuum cleaning spots, which is helpful, especially on busy days. They also have cleaning fluids and damp clothes to help with cleaning the car.
