The beef empanada was good, the corn and cheese was ok. Empanadas are delicious so I was happy to see this food truck. However, I wish they had more of a selection, maybe a salad or something lighter to go with an empanada.

Found this food truck outside of Pins Mechanical the other day and what a treat it was! While I can't tell you that it will always be located there. What I can tell you was this was my first time having an empanada and they were super tasty. They are pretty small, so I'll recommend getting 2 so that you don't have to wait in line again. I made that mistake and jokingly fussed at the nice young man who was taking the orders. "Why didn't you tell me they were going to be super good and we'll see you back in a few moments." Out of the 2 had which were the chicken and beef, the chicken is the way to go! Good prices, great service, nice vibes and tasty food. Just what you want. I hope you enjoy it!

I randomly stumbled upon this food truck during a trip to Nashville. I've never had an empanada before and after tasting the ones from Empanada Lua, I can honestly say I've been missing out! I tried the Corn & Cheese and Chicken empanadas. While both were good, the chicken was fantastic! I could've eaten a whole plate of them! I tried them both with the Chipotle Ranch dipping sauce and it was the perfect combo! The young man at the counter was pleasant and wait time was reasonable. I think I stopped at the perfect time because there weren't many people ahead of me. However, by the time I finished my serving a full line had formed. If I was a local, I would definitely be a frequent customer. For those interested in giving them a try, their truck schedule is posted on their website and Instagram!

Rice and beans here are impeccable. I ordered to go and everything tasted as if I went in and sat down.

Everything was wonderful! I got the sampler which was one of each type of taco - chicken, lamb, & beef. The consume had so much flavor! The tacos were wonderful & the perfect amount of crispness! Not only do you get wonderful tacos but the fresh cucumbers & radishes to dip in the 3 types of salsa were so good! I loved the cucumbers because they tasted so fresh! This is going to be my new Friday night ritual from now on!

Must try when in Nashville…read more This spot is inside Cyanide Cider, which is a really cool combo. As a tourist this is a grest spot to check out. You can have some great food, cider and even hang and play some board or card games. Everyone is super nice and welcoming both at Cyanide and Birria Babe. The food was great. We tried the Birria Trio (chicken, beef, lamb) tacos. All were great but the lamb was my favorite. It's a little more fatty ans softer. The beef and chicken were great as well. We also tried the Birria Ramen which i thought was great. They provide a good amount of beef and the broth is rich and flavorful. The pizza was bit too cheesy for me but I love trying new things so Im glad I did. We were told that they experiment and rotate different fun birra specials often. The salsas are all great. I like the spicy which has strong garlic and very unique flavor to it. The avocado salsa also stood out, almost a guac like flavor. All sauces were very unique and amazing. The cashier was super nice and we spent some time talking to the owner, drinking cider and hanging and pigging out. An afternoon well accomplished...

Yet, sometimes a gal just wants a good burger and fries on the quick. Some time back, my colleagues kept disappearing during lunch rush, then returning with containers of hot dogs and fries. I thought they were nuts for traversing to Home Depot to visit the food trailer parked out front. Sure, I'd noticed it before, but had not paid it any mind. Then I sampled a fry.... "Damn! That's pretty good!" As I exited the orange box months later and starving, I decided to pause and gaze at their menu. Being quite hesitant to eat a hot dog...ever...I was pleased to discover they offered burgers too. So I decided to give it a go. I was genuinely surprised at how good their cheeseburger is...and the fries were as good as I had remembered in my previous sample. Thinking perhaps it was only because I was famished that day, I went back to try it again. Once more, not disappointed. Over the last year, I've become quite a fan. I DO find myself rather disappointed on the rare days this trailer isn't there! It's painted in "Home Depot orange", making it easy to miss from the road. It parks close to the contractor's area, and is definitely worth a visit when you're wanting that quick burger fix. Forewarning...this shack has become quite popular, and they cook to order. So give yourself about 10 extra minutes to wait for your food when they're busy. But for $7-ish, and the convenience factor...it's totally worth it.

Today, the line was short and I was hungry so I stopped to order a meal. The menu is hot dogs, sausages, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, nachos...those types of food. I ordered a Chicago style dog and an order of fries. Both were delicious! The fries were a bit over seasoned, but overall I was pleasantly surprised. The food truck looks super clean and the two people working it were very friendly. They also have a picnic table right beside it if you want a place to eat. I'd recommend this place for a quick bite or if you want a good hot dog fix!
