It was delicious, moist, the right amount of dense, and had chocolatey frosting that tasted pretty similar to buttercream. It was also so cool to know that the entire thing was sweetened with maple syrup. Almost healthy, haha! The process of ordering was easy enough. I placed the order online, set a time, and we picked it up in less than 5 minutes. I was even able to reschedule my pickup time at Snap Kitchen via email with the staff. Very helpful and responsive. So, for me the taste / size / value ratio was not aligned. The place was decorated nicely and the staff were friendly; however the order took a bit of time to come out. Because of the time, I figured the desserts would have been heated. They were not. They were cut and packaged "as is" which meant the cinnamon rolls were room temp and the cake was refrigerator cold.
