It is located on Regent Street in London. It is close to Underground Stations on near enough every line, being just a short walk away from Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and step-free Green Park. Despite being larger, the store follows traditional Superdry decor, a slightly dark and cool vibe but it has unique twists to warrant the flagship location including large writing with the brand name going across the escalators and multiple floors. The store layout was pretty straightforward, but do be careful of "steps" which might separate different parts of the shop floor. The Lower Ground floor wasn't too welcoming from the lift, I felt like the lift had dropped me off at an abandoned building, it was quiet with no people or signs, it felt quite scary until I went along to find the toilet and a passage lit up by the other part of the store, so this could do with some work to implement the same vibrance the store has across all areas. The staff could have been all friendly and for a store of its' size, there doesn't seem to be enough lifts which is a shame. Slightly higher pricing in some areas is also worth noting. A cool, large Superdry store, albeit not without its' faults but this flagship Regent Street, London branch does warrant a three-star rating.

My brief story and what I sent them: About 4 years ago I purchased a document bag to replace an LL Bean bag I had for years. Thought I would step it up a tad. Love the bag, but then somehow the metal bracket on the shoulder strap breaks? How is that even possible? Not happy. About 100 hours later (they promise an already achingly slow 72 hours to respond) "Aimee" sends this: Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Ted has received a lot of emails recently (probably from crappy products...I added this), and he hasn't been able to respond as quickly as he likes to! (Oh Ted, please make customer service a priority) I am very sorry to hear of the disappointment you have experienced concerning the quality of your document bag. All Ted Baker's collections undertake strict quality control testing; however, we accept that a small minority of flawed items may slip through the net. I will be sure to make note of this occurrence, and it will be taken on board for future reference. (Please make a note of this). What I sent them in response: Ted making a note of something is weak, trite and solves nothing. So far I am very underwhelmed by Teds slow response and weak customer service regarding its products. Shame on Ted Baker for charging a decent amount for its products and then not standing behind  its "quality" products. Would I buy another product or recommend it to others? Seems they are no better than other online places with products probably made in China. And excuses probably from a booklet. Sadly nobody really cares at Ted Baker. Lesson learned: Shop elsewhere. Products attract; Poor service repels.

A unique thing about Ted Baker is that it lets it clothes speak for themselves, and relies predominantly on word of mouth for advertising rather than posters or commercials. The clothes are mostly very nice office clothes, they have a sophisticated edge to them that makes them stand out from other brands of office clothes. I mentioned this shop to my other half and he said this was where his dad purchased his first suit and was known for suiting up some infamous East End gangsters! The chaps serving us couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. They were great for an extra opinion too as they really knew their stuff. We went for the grey 3 piece Worcester and also hired black shoes which really made the boys look extra sharp. For the dad's we also hired shirts. The actual hire was very painless.
