To replace we received three estimates. Dave came out from Superior Fence and Rail and he was far and above the most knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable with not only the product but the install process, service and overall plan. As a side note, their bid was not the highest. I can't say enough about the team: Dave, James, Connor, Rafael, Jarrett and the office team. They were professional, responsible and efficient. The communication throughout the process was excellent and they are just a great down to earth team. The end result is a quality fence that enhances our property. It is exactly what we had hoped for and we can not recommend this company enough. We have received multiple compliments from our neighbors. If you are considering a fence, it is in your best interest to get a bid from Superior Fence and Rail and you will immediately notice the difference between them and their competitors. Holli Scott

They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and handed us our keys on the date that they promised from day one. Darin made some great suggestions in our design that turned out to be just perfect. They were able to fit our home onto an area of our property that noone thought possible, affording us a fabulous view and lots of privacy. We have been in our home for two years now, and every question or concern after moving in has been addressed and taken care of. Whether it be by phone, email, or text message, he is always ready with a quick response. Even if it is just a quick response to let us know we have been heard. I built houses myself in the 1990's and most of our custom homes took 6 months to build. We were delighted to find that Darin would be completing our house in a little over 4 months, even with the challenges of an Idaho winter. Our budget was flexible, and Darin was willing to stay within, or go beyond, to fulfill the quality we desired. We started with a basic home, but the upgrades offered were within the limits of what we were willing to spend. We are anticipating a beautiful home overlooking the mountains. (We aren't quite in yet as of this posting.) I would recommend Riteway Builders no matter what your house and budget requirements.
