She sent out one of the owners Stan. What an AWESOME group of people! He spent time talking to me and figuring out the issue and it ended up being my gutters! Even tho they don't do gutters, he took the time to take pics and set me up with people he knows that are trust worthy and do a very good job. He didn't try to sell me waterfront property in Arizona! He was just HONEST & told me the TRUTH. I had a great roof and even tho they couldn't help me right now, he referred me to a GOOD company. He even took pictures and sent them the important info. Stan made sure my roof and attic space were good and he even did a couple very NICE things to make sure there would be no further dmg if the rain came..... At least until the gutters guys could come out. Then he just packed up and left. VERY KIND an and honest man with a lot of integrity and Kind energy. I would refer Pacific West Roofing to anyone. IF ur looking for honesty and genuine concern for ur property, call these guys. They won't try to sell you something you DONT need and they look out for you like your part of their family. They also have an emergency crew that will come out to mitigate any further dmg to your house. I LOVE finding good quality "family owned" type businesses like this. Again communication and asking the right questions. I think that is their job. As far as Value, they are right in the ball park with others. They will help you cut down the cost if that is what you want to do. Bottom line, the job was finally completed and is a wonderful addition to our home.

I do not have another yelp account. Take that lie down. I am not conspiring with anyone in firing…read moreyou. By what illegal means do you justify this accusation? We gave you lots of chances to fix the many problems we already paid for, instead you gaslit me and pretended you couldn't see the lack of drywall mud or crooked walls, or skylights you ordered in too large a size with crooked wells. You pretended all that was normal. You proceeded to have the workers put up crown so you could charge, nevermind the problems with the walls. No contractor puts up crown mounding before finishing ceiling drywall! Stop lying about your work or I will post the truth: You have a long list of felony and criminal convictions. Shall I go into details with these facts? Is this why you sent erratic and angry emails at all hours of the night? Your demands for immediate payments and accusations of conspiracy are unprofessional and purely lies. The photos of my home show your awful work. Shall I post updated photos of your drywall several months later with even more visible seams and cracks? Your unsupervised workers created crooked wobbly walls in our den and bathroom. I understand you don't believe me because you weren't there to see or check their work. But every contractor and sub that has looked to help us has said the same thing, shoddy poor work. Both these rooms were taken down to the studs. Your men rebuilt the walls crooked, even the corners. How can you say you would have fixed that if we didn't fire you?? You said they looked good to you! Fix the drywall with what, a little spackle again or mud here and there, like the spackle smears your man did to hide the the damaged doors?? Then apply a little paint over the tape again? The drywall seams are pulling and curling, even worse now than when I took these pictures months ago. It needs to be redone. Stop pretending you know how to do the work. Our drywall is NOT level 4, which is what we paid for. You pretended the drywall was done. Pay me now you demanded. You pretended your workers applied 2 coats of paint. Pay me now you demanded. But everyone that sees our house is shocked that you claim it has level 4 drywall or adequate paint. The truth is you ran out of money and couldn't do the work properly. Every area your workers entered was damaged. I have the photos and video to prove it. Demanding payment immediately, so we paid but there are NOT 2 coats of paint. You damaged our wood floors by demoing without protecting them, then blamed us for the damage. Shall I post the proof of this?? You accused us of mopping and damaging a floor. You damaged one of a kind solid wood doors with tools, smearing SPACKLE to hide the dings your "unequipped" worker made (your adjective not mine). You let the "unequipped" one paint the ceiling without any hallway wall protection letting paint go down the walls. You damaged the downstairs hallway, millwork, and then blamed us for it. Your workers smeared paint down the walls and over doors. Next time show up and supervise your workers. Do not come to a homeowners house at 7am demanding an unannounced walk thru and yelling at them in front of their small children like you did to us because we have to go to work. And stop writing threatening emails, texts demands for payments at 4am. I suggest you take responsibility for the harm you have caused our family by damaging our property. If you do not remove the lies in your response to my review, I will consider further appropriate legal action.

We were referred to Paul Davidson, who gave us a quote that was very competitive relative to some of the larger companies that specialize in HOA work. We decided to go with him, and I'm really happy with the results. He brought in a pretty good sized team of folks, who were all very professional. They did a good job of working with the homeowners in our community to coordinate when they would be onsite at each unit, and respecting the privacy of homeowners as possible. The quality of their work was great. The dryrot repair went well, and they also fixed up some other minor maintenance issues as they went along, which was nice. The paint work was very high quality, and we decided to have them stain our decks too, which turned out very nicely. I'm confident that it was a good maintenance move for our community. I'd definitely suggest hiring Paul Davidson for your construction needs. His team seemed to have plenty of experience, and he was a good partner to get our community in tip top shape.

Concrete grows, roofs grow, things even grow on your cars when you're driving them. But I never really could find the time and I also didn't really know what I was doing. I didn't want to damage the concrete and I also wasn't sure how often I would have to do it or how much work would be involved. Eventually I started searching for a local company who could clean our embarrassingly mossy and living driveway and sidewalks. I saw a few companies but a lot of them seemed very much like hiring a neighbor to do it and I was a little concerned at the lack of insurance and bonding. I came across Northwest soft wash initially on a Facebook ad. I didn't think too much of it until it came across my feed in Yelp as well, so I went to their website to take a look. On a whim, I called and asked for a consultation and estimate. One thing I can say without any doubt is that they have the best customer service. There was actually a part of me that was worried that it was a scam because of how nice they were and how quickly they could get out to the house. After they took a look at the square meters that they would be pressure washing they sent me a quote. The quote was not the cheapest around, but it did offer a treatment that could reduce the speed of the moss growing back and you get what you pay for. So I agreed to the fee, paid a small deposit, and within less than a week they were out to pressure wash my concrete. Steven was super friendly and did an amazing job. He was out at our house for almost 4 hours really making sure that the concrete was clean and looked well. He also made a point to get the mud and Moss cleaned up afterwards so it wasn't just sprayed into the street. When I was paying for the service, I mentioned my gutters and he offered to get on the roof and look and take photos of it for me as well no charge. The customer service at this place is amazing and I highly recommend them. So far they have only pressure washed our walks and driveway, but I could definitely see utilizing them for gutter cleanings and roof cleaning in the future!
