I have a cruise booked for this Saturday (4/4). When I reached out to Sonali through the Wow Brows…read more& Alterations 4U listing on Yelp on Monday, March 30th, I had only one suit for the cruise that I had ordered on Amazon. Sonali agreed to meet me for a fitting session and we saw the sleeves of the jacket needed to be taken in and the pants hemmed a bit. Since this is a cruise, I wanted to get 2 more suits. I discussed it with Sonali that I would like to get these 2 suits delivered and could she also alter them in time for Thursday (4/2)? She said "no problem" and I met up with her the next day (3-31) with the suits still in their packages! We set all the alterations that needed to be done. Sonali then amazed me by letting me know she'd likely have everything done by Wednesday (4-1), close of business. She also agreed to press the suits for a nominal fee. She then amazed me even further by delivering the finished product before 3 PM a full day before I needed it. I'm extremely proud of how I look in my new suits and I'm extremely happy to have found Sonali! No other alterations place would have touched this in less than 2 weeks but she came through for me so I can look my best on the cruise! I told her several times "you're a life saver" because without her I'd look all frumpy in a suit that didn't fit! She did not charge an expedite fee and her rates were very reasonable. Wow Brows and Alterations 4U is a business you must consider if you need excellent work, solid value and service catered to your needs! Can't recommend highly enough!

After burning a hole in a brand new 2000 suit, we called and they said it not from them. Unfortunately I continued to use them due to the convenience, and they have now ruined a new white blouse (so much heat the sleeve now permantley wrinkled), and another jacket, where it has a permanent shine due again, to heat. Owner Manali offered me a 25 credit and promised to tell her girls to take more care. Enough is enough - what an insult and horrible business. Keep googling and you will clearly see my complaint is one of many. I think the better business bureau will soon be involved. Save your clothes and your money.
