When we returned to pick them up, we were informed that they had been misplaced. At that time, they acknowledged the mistake and committed to reimbursing us for the lost items. However, to this day we have not received the reimbursement, nor have we received a clear response regarding the situation. We have attempted to follow up, but have not obtained a resolution. At this point, we have considered the shirts lost. We understand that mistakes can happen in any business, but what concerns us most is the lack of follow-through, accountability, and respect toward the customer after the incident. When a business acknowledges a loss, the minimum expectation is a prompt and transparent resolution. We are sharing this experience not to attack the business, but so that others are informed and so that the establishment takes the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen to someone else.
