We planned a trip to Santa Fe for just travel and decided to check out fine rugs. We found several places on the net and emailed/called them for information. Arrediamo responded quickly and addressed what we were looking for and invited us to visit when we were in the area. We visited them first when we went to Santa Fe. No high pressure sales, just great service. To us, they set the standard for excellence in customer service and quality for fine rugs. We found one we really liked, but wanted to check other stores. We shopped six other places, but their customer service and quality of rugs did not compare to Arrediamo. We came back the next day and purchased the fine rug we had selected from Arrediamo. It looks great in our home. Customer service: Arrediamo sets the standard for others to meet. Selection of fine rugs: Excellent in size, colors, and all the rugs they have are of excellent quality. Price range: All ranges, and the price will vary by size, color, etc., but you will receive a great value for your purchase.

We were waiting on the delivery of 6 dining room chairs yesterday when instead of chairs, the poor independent contractor delivery guy handed us an envelope with the words GOOD RIDDANCE printed on it. Enclosed was a refund for the chairs. This childish and unprofessional response was in response to an email I had sent stating we were not pleased with the proposed 'designs' for the house plus we were still waiting for our $700 credit to be used (as per their design agreement) toward the purchase of our chairs! Whether it was navigating floor or countertop choices or troubleshooting design issues as they popped up during the work, he was always there to help coordinate with our contractors. In fact, he was so skilled and helpful that even our own contractors were impressed; they actually added him to their roster of design consultants.
