Santa Fe winds are just too strong for shade sails on wooden posts! Our posts got bent this spring…read more We found Santa Fe Awning to fix our problem. Warren came out to do the measurements and assess the site. The price we were quoted was very reasonable considering the length of our poles and the need to fabricate them. Several weeks later we had our strong metal poles installed and they put up our pre-existing sails, with new hardware. The men who came out to do the work were very hardworking and did their best to complete the job despite challenging circumstances, like very heavy poles and a steep hill. We are so happy to see our sails safely installed again! Thank you to the whole Santa FE Awning team! We love our pretty shade sails.

She is knowledgeable, had great suggestions and has a no nonsense, down to business way or doing things. Her expertise was much appreciated. Now for the installation... The entire crew was professional, and had an extensive understanding on the process. The workmanship is outstanding! (There was a bit of a mix up having to do with the interior color of stain, but this was due to the staining process done prior to delivery and it did NOT have anything to do with the installation crew.) Sean was onsite and oversaw the crew. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. It was reassuring to have his skill and professional knowledge throughout the entire project. The rest of the crew, Ray, Jason, and Donald did a phenomenal job! Each and every one of them clearly take pride in what they do. They ensured each window and door was installed correctly and had a beautiful result! The excellent service didn't end when the project was over. And that's what sets the Pella Installation team apart from the rest. Sean has continued to be available and happy to answer questions that have come up. Ray came out recently to assist me with a question I had, and both Sean and Ray are still just as friendly and helpful as they were during the project. THAT is was sets them apart from the competition! I am VERY happy we chose Pella for this project!

Call Dear Pella Corporate Management,…read more I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with one of your sales representatives, Marco, concerning an order for Pella windows. As a professional who has been in the contracting business for over 50 years, I am deeply concerned by the conduct and pricing structure I have encountered. When Marco came to my home, I requested a proposal. The initial installation price provided was exorbitant--nearly double the competitive quotes I received elsewhere. Consequently, I hired my own framer to handle the framing work. Since then, Marco has engaged in aggressive sales tactics and misrepresented statements he previously made several months ago. Given my extensive industry experience, I find these practices highly unprofessional. While I am undecided on whether I will pursue further legal action at this time, I am requesting a formal response from Pella corporate management regarding this matter within two business days.
