I called the number twice before Tim answered, this was at approximately 1:10pm. Tim informed he had called my home and received no answer he then went to my house and called from the call box and we did not answer (this was done well before 1:30). He then informed me that he was on his was to Las Campanas for his next appointment and I could call and reschedule another day and time. At 1:20 pm the owner, Mike Todd called to reschedule my appointment that was scheduled by his business for 1:30. I was adamant that I wanted to keep my original time and he wanted to reschedule and stated he really wanted my business. I told him he had lost my business and that he had poor business practice.
