I realized we had not discussed the angle of the down spouts and wanted to run underground piping straight from the spots and got a couple pieces from Lowes to make it happen. The issue was the angle of the spout. I contacted Craig he said no problem he would take care of it. After 9 months many phone calls and texts to him I have got no response almost every time. After we got a good rain I then also realized (see photo) that the gutters were low in the middle not on the down spout. This is causing the gutter to bow because it is full of water that is not draining. A picture of that and requests for him to come out are ignored or simply not responded to almost every time or a promise to come take care of it with a no show or call back to schedule. I even offered to pay or pick up the parts (before I realized I also needed the gutter redone so water drains).

I told Mitch (5tar flooring) that after comparing with the other two vendors, he had basically no chance to do the work. The reason? He did not have any reviews. Reviews are very important to me. He apologized and told me he understood and will be available if I ever needed him in the future. After two days, only one of the other two vendors called me back, but the other guy was busy and unable to start right away. So I took a big risk and called Mitch back. Only reason I did was because he made a good impression, a true gentleman, never trying to close a sale. I am so glad I did. I am an engineer and I am proud to say I have worked with factories all over the world. I have audited plenty of places, basically I am an expert in quality with more than 40 years of field experience. I am good at spotting a work well done. The people that Mitch sent me were top notch (Carlos and a helper). I have several cameras installed in my home. So I was able to follow step by step what they were doing. Not only they worked professionally, they are some of the hardest working people I have seen in a long time. The first day they started at 10AM and left my home at 7:30PM, only resting for a 30 min lunch. Then they knocked at my door at 8:00AM as agreed on a Sunday the following day to finish the job. (Believe it or not, they also worked on a Sunday. Frankly speaking I never expected them to arrive early that day, but they did). Very impressed with their work!
