After a visual ground inspection, and taking into consideration the age of the home he told me his best guess was that I would need a whole new roof. So me, being me, started the claims process with the insurance company and the application process with my HOA. Chuck immediately sent me e-mails of shingle samples for the HOA and made an appointment to come back out with his equipment to get on top of the roof to do a better inspection. When he did the roof inspection he came back to me to tell me that after a more thorough inspection he can't in good conscience recommend a full roof replacement. So after talking about it, we decided to leave the current roof and only repair the part I was originally concerned about in the first place. Chuck could have easily tried convincing me, and the insurance company, that we needed a new roof, but he did the right thing by telling us the truth. Our costs were drastically reduced, and we were able to avoid making an insurance claim. Chuck also explains things very well and the crew does a great job. They left no trace of them ever having been there in the first place! Any time I do need a roofing job in the future I will definitely be calling Chuck again!

Following a hailstorm and after the insurance company had sent out an inspector and we had obtained one quote, we decided to get another quote. We called Chuck, and after he inspected the roof, he came to us and said that a new roof was not needed. He provided a detailed explanation, showing us many pictures. I called the insurance company and informed them that Chuck with All American Roofing stated we did not need to replace the roof. The insurance company guy said that in all his years, he had never had a contractor say that a roof did not need to be replaced after an inspector had deemed it necessary. The claim was canceled, and money was saved for both us and the insurance company because of Chuck's honesty. We will keep his contact information and refer him to others in the future.

James was kind enough to guide us in the right direction to fight them (which we didn't know we could) and after almost 2 years, we had our settlement. James (owner), Nick (project manager) and both crews (roofing and painting) were outstanding to do business with. Everything was explained up front; crews were here on time every day and cleaned up so well that you would never have known they were here - except for the beautiful new roof! Caesar and his painting crew were top-notch. Our 1966 ranch house had a LOT of places to caulk - and let me tell you they went through so many cases of caulking! James was kind enough to guide us through coordinating color choices on the new shingle, gutter and house colors - It looks so good that we smile every time we walk outside. We have so many beautiful before and after shots - It was hard to narrow it down to a few for this review! Thank you James, Nick, Caesar and both crews for making our home safe and beautiful again! I promise you will not be disappointed with their services - Hands down, best contractor we ever used (and I am 62 and have had my share!)

The large crew arrived at 7:00 am, exactly the time specified and got to work. It was clear the crew worked as a cohesive team, and everyone knew what to do.
