The contractors were efficient and installed everything including new flashing correctly and replaced wood as needed. I had a broken pipe that had some issues prior to the installation that was repaired correctly which could have gone unrepaired. It was a big roofing project that went above expectations. We called Chuck, and after he inspected the roof, he came to us and said that a new roof was not needed. He provided a detailed explanation, showing us many pictures. I called the insurance company and informed them that Chuck with All American Roofing stated we did not need to replace the roof. The insurance company guy said that in all his years, he had never had a contractor say that a roof did not need to be replaced after an inspector had deemed it necessary.
