I called and explained the situation and they said to bring her right in, which was such a relief. The took "Truffles" back for bloodwork and the sweetest veterinarian (Dr Clemons), came out and explained in detail what was going on, and provided me with several options, keeping in mind the overall expense, but not at the expense of Truffles being in pain. Although Truffles has a serious illness and her life will be cut short at some point, Dr Clemons was so sympathetic to our situation and helped us find some medicine on line to keep Truffles comfortable. The first vet who saw my pet was fired on the spot for nasty things she said to me. The next vet, who looks like she is sixteen, basically lectured me for trying to do everything I could to save my dog. These are not nice people and very unprofessional.

A few emails later, and we had our first meet and greet scheduled. Very impressive intake process they have. They're extremely thorough with every aspect of our dog's care, and even our home! Our first sitting was this weekend, and their timing was right, they spent more time with our dog than I'd expected, and I feel their rates are reasonable.
