I called Suzettes and scheduled an appointment in 2 days. The technician John came and took care of my Maltese and Yorkie exactly as I had asked. My dogs came out of the van happy and fresh smelling, with their hair cut and nails trimmed. They felt so much better without all the hair, and they strutted around the house (so cute). This is a very convenient service, you must call for an appointment and understand they may arrive a bit later than appointment time due to unforeseen issues and traffic. Because I am not familiar with the store layout, I politely asked an employee for help locating specific products. The employee, who indicated he was overseeing the store that evening, responded with visible irritation. When I returned to ask for clarification on an item I could not find, he raised his voice and stated, "You dashers need to look around and find things yourself." There were only a few customers in the store at the time, and my request was polite and reasonable. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. As a paying customer, I expect basic professionalism and courtesy when asking for assistance. I left feeling that the treatment I received was unfair and, frankly, biased. No customer should feel uncomfortable simply for asking for help locating merchandise. I hope corporate leadership reviews management conduct at this location and ensures all customers are treated with equal respect.
