10/10 don't recommend this place. I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. Do not, I repeat DO NOT let Jen groom your dog! I've been taking my yorkies here for about 3 years with no problem. Until Jen. I pretty much paid for her to babysit my two dogs. All she did to my girl was give her face around the nose the Asian fusion cut (that I didn't want). She cut nothing else. And I mean NOTHING ELSE! Not even the nails. I haven't ever gotten a dog back from the groomer and the poop stick to the hair by their butt! As for my boy, she cut his head into the shape of an octagon! Also NOT CUTTING ANYTHING ELSE! I don't know what happen while they were there but for a few days after they were not themselves. So much that I was ready to take them to the vet! Look at the photo of the before and after of my girls cut (same day) and tell me she was fully groomed! read more

Great groomers. They really care for your pet. Super nice and convenient. Always been real friendly and respectful.

UPDATE 2 months later the owner made a post calling us out for bad reviews. She said she had no idea we were unhappy when she did. She said we were targeting her. Well you are the one that groomed them. We also talked about someone else so no it's not all about you. She said we didn't reach out when we did. We made it know by text that we were extremely unhappy and were basically called liars because they said no they looked fine. Tell me how you groomed the dogs and are done 2 hours before they are usually done and it not be bad. Then the groomer commented saying we didn't let them fix it when we tried. They said they looked fine and never offered to fix them. How are you asking to disrespect someone when all you're doing is saying the cut the got was awful? read more

My 2 dogs have been groomed for about a year. I missed 2 appointments. One was when I went to Brooklyn because my brother was dying of cancer and while I was there he did pass away. I did not have my dogs getting groomed on my mind. Although I love my dogs. The next appointment I had they told me, after explaining what just happened, they made me pay a $50.00 fee. I was in shock and should have never gone back. If they could not be understanding about my experience then how could they care for our dogs. I would never use this business again, they aren't good business owners. read more

I just wanted to share that I have been taking my 3 year Aussie to Jennifer at Pawfection since she first opened and have been more than satisfied with her level of service. Also her communication is wonderful. I can just text for an appointment and she texts me when pup is ready. I highly recommend her and I always prefer to support local small businesses. read more

I received a recommendation from a neighbor to Jennifer at Pawfection. We have been in the area for 1-1/2 years and have gone to four different groomers during that time. I guess five is the charm! This is the first groomer who actually listened to what I wanted, including clean feet on our poodle mix. Jennifer was the only one who not only said she could do it, but she did it! She knew how to cut our long-haired mini-dachshund and what not to cut. Her prices are comparable to other groomers I have used here. The shop is very clean!
