I recently had my first reading, and was so blown away by the experience, which felt like a cross between a therapy session and a meeting with a medium. The guidance that my guides/teachers/family members gave me through Brea felt like long elusive puzzle pieces that had dropped into my lap. I've never before tapped into this dimension that surrounds us, and had no idea what to expect. Because of this experience, I've made some fundamental shifts in how I am managing my life journey. It was a powerful supplement to my years of therapy, bringing me a deeper level clarity. The best part is that she recorded the entire session, and I have listened to it several times, peeling back more layers of understanding. I look forward to delving deeper into my Akashic Records with Brea, and highly recommend Brea for anyone who is looking to gain a better understanding to their life journey.

Funny how the universe works & guides you to what you need if you take the time to listen...Cara…read moreseems to have come into my life when i needed her most. I have felt weighted down for so long; wrapped in equal parts grief, despair & unfortunately a whole lot of repressed anger. As best as i can describe it, i felt there was a poison rotting inside me. My friends & family had no idea how much i struggled to hide how I was feeling...then one day my daughter animatedly tells me the story of her dear friends encounter with Cara. It was just the sign i needed to prompt me to contact Cara for an appt myself. I chose the one hour healing therapy session & man did I get my moneys worth. After reading all the other reviews, I can tell you that i agree with everything that has been written about Cara. She is truly a kind, empathic bright light of healing. For me this was the best part of our session...Cara told me when I got on her table that she is a very strong energy healer & that she wastes no time & just "dives right in ". Literally DIVES PEOPLE!!!!! She was not touching the table & I was not moving but when she began by lightly running her hands over my Chakras I literally felt my soul(for lack of a better word) make room for her to nest inside & help me heal from the inside out (almost like when you are on a bleacher watching a game & you have to scooch over to make room for another person). Every few minutes i would feel this internal movement/shudder & there was no doubt in my mind that my journey to heal had truly begun. I have followed her "homework" assignments to the best of my ability & despite the fact that I am not well versed in meditation; I now crave the nightly ritual. 3 weeks has passed since my time with Cara & every day I feel a little bit lighter. I no longer think of the words "surrender" & "letting go" as a sign of weakness, I now understand that strength replaces what once bound me. I am grateful beyond measure for finding Cara & her amazing healing ways. deb b.
