For Mother's Day, I wanted to get nice bouquets for the women in my life. I needed a local florist…read morefor same-day delivery, and thankfully found Mamaroneck Flowers. It's not posted on Yelp (yet), but their website is mamaroneckflowers.net. I spoke with a lovely woman on the phone who walked me through available arrangements and prices, and directed me to some beautiful, pre-selected arrangements online. I decided to go with my own creation, and was guaranteed delivery on the days and times I needed them. Mary Anne, who creates the arrangements, did a wonderful job of creating gorgeous bouquets within my price range, and helped me decide on everything from the type of flower to the vase. (You can also get bouquets without vases, but Mary Anne suggests sticking with the vase!) They were stunning, professionally done, and the lucky ladies who got the flowers were super impressed. I'm so grateful to have a local florist who is a) artistic, b) talented, and c) kind. Thank you Mamaroneck Flowers!!!

Thank you Ava's for making my best friend's birthday flower delivery so special! I loved that…read moreonline ordering was easy and straightforward. I picked the BubbleGum Bliss bouquet in a deluxe size and was initially nervous with how it would show up in real life - sometimes they end up being really small. I can confidently say that Ava's delivered on exactly what I ordered and size-wise was very fair and worth the price. Flowers did differ slightly from what was pictured, but I trusted that they would use the best of what they had fresh and available. They even added some butterfly and ribbon accents that I totally wasn't expecting but turned out great. My friend loved them! The card message was also printed beautifully without any errors and the delivery was prompt - a bit early in fact which was great. All in all - online ordering was quick and easy. Prices are very fair and quality of flowers was great. For anyone that may freak out when the combination of flowers isn't exactly what's pictured in the online photo, know that the substitutions made are equal and still representative of the theme you selected.

The order was confirmed, but I never received any communication about the arrangement, its status, or an estimated delivery time. I called several times throughout the day during the business's posted hours of 10 AM-3 PM, and no one answered. I also never received a call, message, or any type of follow-up. I spent a significant amount of money on the flowers and delivery fees, so I expected at minimum some communication regarding my order. It's extremely unfortunate to spend that much money with a local business and be left completely in the dark. I understand that things can happen, but the lack of communication and inability to reach anyone is very disappointing. I sincerely hope the business can improve its customer service and communication moving forward.
