He was nice enough to tell me that he would just take the tore off and take it to United and I should be able to do it myself. This spring I took it to them because the drive belt was thrown off one of the pulleys. They replaced the belt, checked it out and gave it back to me. It then became a Honda run-behind mower. It had two speeds. Nothing or run-behind it. It took them several tries to find the troublesome parts, but they fixed it. And I know that they only charged me for a small portion of their shop time. They didn't give up and tell me that "It's not under warranty and we can't fix it. You will need to buy a new mower". When we got it back, my wife said "they gave us a new mower". No they hadn't but was a clean as a new one. And works like a new one.

The service manager went out of his way to make sure everything was completed as specified and that we were happy with their service. All the people we dealt were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and went out of their way to provide what they strive for - a world class customer experience. I chose PLT because it was closer (30 minutes instead of 40) and it was cheaper. Got there ant price magically went up to 30 dollars. My fault, I was screwed by them once before. Sold me a starter solenoid for $120. Told me it was a specific to that Mule. Turned out the Bendix was bad also and Day's Repair (AWSOME!!) fixed it and said that was a 30 dollar common solenoid. Sad - I want to support the local guy but gouged to many times.

When I call to see if they would replace it free of charge, given the amount of money I spend there every year, they told me the manufacturers warranty is only good for 90 days. It shouldn't matter! They should replace it because I bought it from them and it was defective. I'm extremely disappointed with them, and I will no longer be purchasing a damn thing from that store. For $120 they lost a customer who has a family with 4 sleds that every year need oil, helmets, tracks, and many random parts. I spent SO much there, but not any more. I needed a new snow blower and order a Cub Cadet from Home Depot online. They dropped shipped the snow blower from the factory to me. It needed some assembly and after completing that assembly in an hour I realized the entire front of the snow blower was damaged by a forklift during shipping. After dealing with the not so nice folks at Home Depot I decided I was done making those kind of purchases at the big box stores. Went over to Falls Farm and Garden and bought a brand new Honda Snowblower. It definitely cost more but the quality of the actual snow blower was much better and the customer service I received was top notch from these guys. Fast forward 5 days I decided I also needed a new lawn tractor that I was trying to hold off on buying until spring. Would have gone with a John Deere that the big box stores sell but let me tell you the dealer models are so much better, I had no idea. Got a John Deere X384. Again not cheap but Falls Farm and Garden delivered it to me the same day because they knew I wanted to get some yard work done before winter. That meant a lot. Both the snow blower and lawn tractor had been filled with gas and delivery driver went over everything with me. Again they cost a bit more but the level of customer service you receive is worth it. You have gained a customer for life!
